England grumbled something and ignored America, his frown staying.

America pouted with a then smirked. "Ohh Iggy you really need to stop frowning so much, I bet your little friends don't like it," he said as he scooted closer to the Brit then ran his index finger down England's spine with a playful smirk.

England shivered, but still didn't turn.
"You're not very funny you know." He growled stiffly, playing with a loose string on his pants.

America gasped slightly, "Igggy.. i can be funny when I want too! You just don't think I'm funny," he said with big eyes. He scooted even closer and now he pretty much up against him. He rested his head on England's shoulder, "Can I see just one pretty smile?" he pleaded with a whisper into his ear.

England made the mistake of looking back at America, only to see his signature kicked puppy look and he huffed.
"Not in the mood, America." He grunted, looking away again.

"Aww Iggy! Just one smile!" He whined then wrapped his arms around England's waist then fell backwards against the bed with him in his arms while he held him tightly. "I'm going to make you smile somehow!" he sang while he turned England over so that he was facing him but still hugged him tightly.

England stuck his lower lip out in a pout, and leaned his forehead into America's chest.
"Noo.."

"Yes!" America grinned and kissed his lip that stuck out slightly. "Dude I'm gonna make you smile!" he sang while hugging him tighter and kissed him again.

England kissed him back weakly and looked up at America with his intent green eyes.
"Oh really now?" He teased.

America frowend slightly then smiled and tickled England's side, "I'll make you somehow," he said with a goofy smile.

England squeaked and struggled hard not to smile. He gripped America's hands tighly, stifling his laughter.
"That's no fair!" He gasped.

America laughed about the squeak that escape his mouth then said, "Weeell I never said tickling is not against the rules so I it is fair!" he said with a smirk and countiued.

England finally gave in and a bright smile covered his face, and he squealed with laughter.
"Okay okay stop stop!" He cried, gripping America's arms.

America laughed and stopped, "There it is! That pretty smile! Haha!" he laughed and huge the bright tightly in his arms.

England grunted and smiled slightly as America gave him another bone-crushing hug. He sighed, and rolled his eyes, pulling away with his normal frown again.
"The things you do for smiles.." He muttered.
