Mto felt bored, not knowing what to do... she wondered if the Lion mixed knew her mother and father...

Mto was just about to say something then slowly slipped away from the mix and over to Kiara waiting for her to pick her up.

Furahi walked passed Mto and Kiara towards her den, but stopped, "Mto say something, your not in trouble, if you don't say something how can we talk this over," she paused, "But for now we're not going to worry about it till morning." she said nuzzling Mto, "Good-night Mto," she said before walking into her den with Kejeli and Viza inside.


'Sleep my little baby, dream peaceful dreams,'
'Momma will be here till you wake,'
'My furry little bundle, sleep well and sleep tight,'
'No matter what you always be my little girl,'
'Know that your mommy loves you,'
'loves you so very much,'
'When you wake my sweet, you'll be where you want to be,'
'Safe within my grasp,'
'My dear, you will forever be loved be your Mommy,'

Kejeli sang her daughters lullaby to her, "Love you baby," she said, then she rested head on the floor, pulling Viza close to her chest. Then Kejeli began to feel her eyes grow heavy, she yawned and fell asleep with the only thing that gives her life day in and day out.



Viza cuddled harder into her mothers chest, her eyes getting heavy from the lullaby her mother always sang to her, then her eyes finally closed into the nice sleep.


Furahi smiled happily, 'She really cares for her so much,' she said quietly.

OOC:// Well that was my first attepmt at a song...not sure how it was...it was short but it's all I got so far.

Enamayama watched the sunset from where the King would stand on Pride Rock, the last of the sun's rays making her eyes light up brightly

"I loved you the first time I saw you,
And I will always love you, my little Enamayama", she sang the words in memory her mother used to before she was abandoned

Ajali sat on the perch staring at the cubs, "Adimu, since Merah isn't here, let's go find some food, we haven't eaten in days," he said complaining

Viza snored softly, hugging her mother. Kejeli's lullaby still playing in her head.


Kejeli felt her daughter hug her in her sleep, and instinctively pulled her in closer to her chest.


Nala began walking up to the upper den, when she stopped she heard Kejeli's lullaby to Viza, 'That's so adorable,' she said, she walked up to Simba and nuzzled him, "Hi Simba, we should talk with Enamayama, you know have a talk about the old times," she said smiling.

Furahi couldn't sleep, something was on her mind. A certain lioness cub, "Mto, you just gotta let us in, your keeping what happened inside, you have to talk to us." she said looking outside.

Mto looked up at Furahi and shook her head, then yawned afterwards.

Enamayama had been sitting up at the top of Pride Rock the whole time when Farahi had come

"I used to sit up here with Kopa when I was once apart of the Pride a long time ago, just after the dark ages of Scar's evil reign...*Sigh* Those were the good times, *Chuckles* Kopa would talk about how good of a king he was going to grow up to be, like his father Simba. Nothing was more wonderfull than watching the sunset together, as it's scarlet rays lit up the skies and the Pride Lands. Everything the light touches is our kingdom. A king's time as ruler rises and falls like the sun, and one day the sun would set on the former king's time and rise with the new king as ruler", she said, sorrow flashing in her eyes at the mentioning of Kopa

"I knew about most of that story," Furahi said, holding onto Viza, she then looked down at Viza, "Viza go back to mommy, Enamayama and I will be in there in a little bit," she said


Viza nodded, "Okay," she said and pranced back down to Furahi's den, she then walked up to Kejeli and nuzzled into her arms and slowly yet surely fell asleep

"Alright now that the cub is away for now," she said, "We need to discuss this Kopa thing, I see it in your eyes everytime, what happened to Kopa wasn't your fault,"

"I know I know...But he was in my care at the time when he...", Enamayama trailed

"I made a committed promise to Simba AND Kopa that I wouldnt let him get into harm's paws...And I broke that promise...And I learned that with each promise broken a life is lost", she said

"Kopa, he...He was my friend, he never stopped asking questions and always wanted to learn. He had a bright personality and listened well......I was devasted on the one dreadful day I can never ever forget, it was like I had lost a cub of my own, because I loved him like a son. I feel I let Simba and the Pride down...", she turned away from Furahi at the last words of her sentence, teary-eyed

"For you thats easy to say, but it just seems like a certain part of me is...Emty, missing something. And sometimes I feel like Kopa is hiding within my own shadow, just waiting to be picked up and brought home...The pain in your eyes, in Nala's, the Pride's, when you found Kopa in the dust, as cold as ice to the touch...I felt that if I were to linger, my guilt would shadow the Pride...And I would drag you down with me away from the world", Enamayama explained, her eyes dark from her shadowing guilt as she spoke of it
