it looks nice but it's kind of hard to see the character's expression and other parts, and it kind of looks like the character is blurred because of the black on "black"

9.9/10 I like the new blurriness, but it kinda looks weird as a circle(that's just me tho. xD It's fine.)
well he is supposed to have his hair cover his face, and yea, he does look blurred.

It's very sharp, giving it an almost pixelated feel. I do like the orange texture behind Snoopy, but the green and pink at the bottom look rather out-of-place. Lastly, I think that font is a bit too--I'm not sure eaxctly how to describe it; the word that comes to mind is "harsh", but I think that's a tad extreme--rough, I guess. If that makes sense. :/
Overall, though, not bad, and you pulled off the rectangular shape rather well. :)
