Bruce stayed quiet and the brown dog got up off his tire and walked beside Cross. "Hey," he greeted in a gruff voice.

Cross' face flushed red when she noticed her crush next to her. Thank god my fur's red! she thought and looked at the chow chow. "Um, h-hi, Bruce.."

"Are they bugging you?" he asked, looking at Scamp and Angel.

"Uh, no," was the quiet response. Think of something to say! Think of something to say! Cross mentally shouted at herself.

Scamp knew better than to argue with the leader, but he realized that T.P. was just a pup, a little older than him. He started to argue, but a firm look on Angel's face told to be quiet. "Fine.." he agreed. "Let's go, Angel." He sighed.

Angel looked away from the gang, and ran after Scamp, not looking back.

T.P watched them go and looked at Bruce and Cross. "Well, that was fun, wasn't it?" he asked sarcastically.

Cross nodded then her eyes went wide once she realized that she needed to get home! "Scamp!" she yelled and ran after the duo. "Wait for me!"

Scamp looked behind him, and gasped. "But," he started, "I thought you lived with T.P!" His eyes widened.

Angel rolled her eyes at Scamp, and ran back by herself.

"No. I thought I told you I live on Snob Hill, too." Cross looked at the gray dog with a confused expression. "I...did tell you didn't I?"

HermioneGranger · **Posted:** Fri Oct 12, 2012 10:53 am

Scamp looked confused also. "Uh, no I don't think you ever told me." He didn't know what else to say.

"Oh," Cross said as an embarrassed blush appeared on her face.

HermioneGranger · **Posted:** Fri Oct 12, 2012 11:00 am

Scamp, looking around for Angel, licked Cross between the ears and smiled. "Come on," he said.

Cross' eyes stayed in their slightly hooded state for a few seconds before her brain finally registered what Scamp just did. The puppy's eyes went wide and her mouth gaped open. "W-wait! W-w-what?!" She stared at Scamp.

Scamp looked around, than ran towards his home. "Uh," Scamp started. "See ya!" He blushed.
