Once he returned, Ruger had two dead conies in his muzzle, one for each of them. Ruger looked at Calico and walked up to her. He dropped them at her paws and said "Go ahead. Eat. Please, Calico. I can find other food if you eat all of it. So, don't hold back for me. You have our pups lives to care about now and their lives are more important than mine."
