Now he felt guilty for not seeing about Hailey. Denno sighed, mad at himself, and turned around to quickly trot back to where he thought Hailey was. Once he got there, Denno saw another, larger, male dog attacking her.

Hailey whimpered and tried to kick the male off of her.

Denno charged and sunk his teeth into the male's neck. He managed to pull the other off Hailey and lung him onto the ground.

Hailey whimpered. The male snarled and bit his muzzle/

Yelping and swinging his head around, Denno backed away with the other still attacked to his face. In this position, there was nothing Denno could do but try to claw at the other, but he knew that wouldn't do much damage, if any.

The male snarled and let go. He walked away smiling.

Denno was about to run after the guy and finish the fight, but he remembered Hailey. The red husky trotted over to her, a small amount of blood dripping from his face, and asked, "You alright?"

Hailey shook her head.

Denno cursed under his breath and looked away. He turned back to the female and gently nudged her. "You've gotta stand up so we can get you help," he ordered and wiped some blood off with his paw. "C'mon, Hailey."

Riley sighed and stretched his hind legs.

Hailey whimpered and tried to stand. She leaned up against Denno."Thank you."She said.
Angel howled and pounced on Riley playfully.

Kayla pointed to a den. "There?" she asked.

"No problem," the red dog mumbled out as he help guide Hailey to his place. The trip would be longer than usual, he knew, but he wanted to help Hailey.

Kandas looked at the hole sideways. "One sec," he said and ran over to the den. He sniffed it and was about to enter when a red fox snarled and nearly bit his nose. Kandas yelped and jumped back.

Hailey sighed.."He wont stop until he gets what he wants."Hailey mumbled to herself.

Denno heard her faintly say that, but decided to ignore it.
