Arthur walked to the door and frowned, looking worriedly at Riley.
"Thats...normal right?" He questioned.

"Yeah, most people have it" She muttered, holding her swolen stomach.

(Baby time? Or should we wait a little longer?)

Arthur smirked, and patted her back gently.
"if..you say so.."

I never told Arthur how scared I was to have a baby, I heard the pain was almost intolorable. But then it happened, I bent down to get a pece of paper off the floor and felt a rip climb up my stomach. I flatered, still bent over, at first I thought it was just morning sickness, then I soon knew other wise.
"Arthur..." I said, my heart pounding, I striaghtened slightly and looked at him "My water...Just broke..." I said, my eyes huge. I started to shake, then another rip of pain came from my stomach. I doulbed over "Oh god..." I muttered, clutching my stomach.

Arthur looked up from his book and his eyes widened.
"Oh? I..oh SH**! Okaay!" Arthur said, picking her up (with much struggle) and loading her into the car.

I looked out the window of the car, sweat drenching my cheeks. Another rip went up my spine and I yelled in pain. I closed my eyes tight, and looked over at Arthur, who was blury. Every bump was agony. I felt a twisting motion in my stomach, then doubled over farther in pain "Hurry..." I moaned, sweaty strangs of hair glued to my cheeks "Oh man! We forgot Alfred!" I yelled, but mostly just in pain.

"He'll live." Arthur growled, swerving down the street.

I nodded slowly then looked at my hands, they were pale and shaking "I-I'm scared..." I muttered, my back tightening, and a wave of pain drowning me.

"You'll be fine, i swear." Arthur said stifflly, pulling her out of the car and rushing her into the giant building.

Fades into black..

I was sitting in the hospital bed, with a little boy wrapped in my arms. I blinked at him, he blinked back. I shivered, he shivered. I didn't know what to do with him, I looked at him a bit more, he was so small.

Arthur sat in the waiting room with his head in his hands waiting for news of Riley.

A nurse came in and got Arthur "Mr. Kirkland? Mrs. Kirkland can see you now" She said softly.

Arthur's heart skipped a beat and he nervously stood, walking slowly into the room.
"Riley.." He said softly, gazing at his child.

I glance up quickly at Arthur, then looked down at our kid again. He had his eyes. I smiled, then looked up at Arthur again.
"What should we call him?" I asked softly, the little boy looked at Arthur and blinked, his intellegent eyes shining.

"I dont know.." Arthur said quietly.
