Kyler was still sitting on the ground, but got to her feet when the Camero pulled up. "Where'd you guys get a car?" she asked curiously, looking around at it.
Ellis glanced at the CD quickly before opening the door and getting out of the car. With a smirk, he pointed to Tara. "Ask her!" he announced proudly.
Tara giggled and hopped out of the car.

Carmen got out of the car, solemn as always.
Ellis chuckled, remembering Tara's little trick, but then the CD entered his thoughts again. "We, uh... have some news." he said.

Carmen clapped her hands together. "Okay," she began, "We were going to get money for coffee, so we decided to pick this dude's pocket. Chase and Dymitri got his wallet, but Tara got his phone, iPod and car keys. So that explains the car."
Ellis added to the conversation, "But when we were looking through his phone, we found some stuff... about us... and he has files and videos of us and stuff like that. We looked through his wallet and found some sketchy s**t, so we went to search the car. Then he turned and grabbed the CD from the car's console and held it up. "We found this."
"Well what is it?" asked Kyler.

Kyler froze, processing what they just told them. "What do they mean by "gather"?" she asked shakily.
Ellis continued, "They've been tracking us for seven years, and they have a whole file for just you, Damien. They seem to be interested in you."

Ellis shrugged. "The date on the CD is today's, so they must've found out right when it happened, and they know about Kyler too. They don't have alot of personal info on you, but they know enough."

Ellis was about to say something, but was stopped when Damien voiced his question. He looked at him sympathetically and sighed. "Our only choice is to relocate, hopefully teach you something and at least be ready for when they come for us..." He knew this was a hard decision, especially for someone who had already rooted his life in one town. He wanted to apologize but couldn't, knowing it wouldn't mean anything coming from him anyway.
Kyler bit her lip and stood still, knowing what was going to become of her and Damien. She slipped away from the group quietly, hoping no one saw her as she went and sat down at the foot of a tree. Maybe if Damien couldn't see her, it would make it easier for him to leave and wouldn't hurt her as much either.

"I had a feeling you'd say that." Ellis commented, crossing his arms. "Look, they want all of us for one reason or another, and if we try to lose them we just might make it." He took a step closer to him and said a bit quieter, "You know won't have those two forever, anyway. They're just ordinary humans and they could get hurt. It would be best to let them go."
