OOC: Well, if he took direct revenge, everyone would know it was ihm. The personality right now is he's just really angsty, so the possibility he slunked off because he was mad is open.
"Balto?!" said Jenna, shaking him lightly with both paws. She chuckled, lickign his face soflty to coax ihm up.
Kodi nodded. "I did the same thing when your Momma told me she was pregnant." he laughed "Grandpa will be fine."
Meike blinked. "Feels weird, I've been dead for what? 15 years?"

Aniu chuckled. "20." she said, smiling. "But you still look young, be glad about that, some spirits aren't as lucky."

Aniu nodded. "Yes...and Amaguq is one of those that is so old but still retains his form due to being a high level spirit."

Jenna chuckled, smiling at Steele. "Thank you." she looked to Balto, licking his cheek.
"you did it to me." Kodi joked with a laugh.
Goldie giggled. "That's great." she looked to Steele. Still sad to leave, but happy he would try and visit.
Meike smirked. "I heard he was a real pain to the other Spirits."

Lena giggled. "I wasn't even born yet."
Steele smiled. "I hope you two are very happy togather."
Aniu nodded. "He walked into a celebration disguised as a skunk and sprayed everyone, thinking it was a joke." she said. "Though I hear it was funny to some."

Jenna shrugged. "From last time, could be anywhere from 6 to 10?" she smiled at Steele once more. "I hope your happiness comes too, Steele."
Kodi chuckled and messed up Lena's headfur. "Silly girl."
Goldie smiled and licked Steele's cheek. "You'll be happy too...you'd be even happier if you came with us." she siad, trying her best to coax him into coming. She knew it probably wouldn't work.
Meike's cheek puffed up with air. She couldn't hold it in and began to laugh. Being a trickster as well, she found the stunt hilarious.

"I know, but at least we're experienced this time." said Balto, smiling.
"I'm sorry Goldie, I would but I can't, not only will most of Nome not accept me but I still need to take care of Cain, maybe I can turn him around still." said Steele. "I'm sorry..."
Lena giggled. "We're all silly."
"Yeah, but the high spirits didn't like that too much and told him to knock it off but he couldn't help himself and still played pranks, eventually getting trapped in that totem pole."

Meike breathed heavily, and nodded. "Well, those are the Spirits you don't want to get mad."

"Promise me, Daddy," Goldie said softly, laying her head on his shoulder. "Promise me you'll come and stay with me when you're done-or decide there is nothing you can do...Promise?"
Kodi nuzzled his daughter. "I miss Momma too, Lena-but we'll save her."
Just as he spoke, Mr. simpson and the other two men came out with the box carrying the medicine. Cain followed behind and snuck out of everyone's view, believing his foul deed done.
Meike nodded, rolling her eyes. "I never wanna become like that." she said softly.

"I promise Goldie." said Steele. "I promise." he said. "It looks like its almost time for you guys to go, I'll hang back so you can convince the musher to let Goldie go with you." he said. "Goodbye Goldie, he said, struggling not to cry himself.
Lena nuzzled her father back. She noticed Mr. Samson. "Aww, we didnt' get to look around." she phouted.
Aniu nodded. "But at least they're mercaful." she said. "Looks like Steele's leaving, I'll see you later, ok?"

Goldie smiled, on the verge of tears yet again and licked his cheek. "I love you, Daddy." she said softly, not wanting to break away.
Kodi laughed. "But wasn't this better?' he asked.
Meike nodded, and looked down. She smiled sadly. "Poor guy. It's eating him alive to see her go. I'll go talk to him after everyone's gone."
Mr. Simpson walked over, holding up the harnesses and rattling them.

Steele nodded. "I love you too." he said, fighting to hold back tears. "Goodbye." he said and slowly backed away into the crowd. Once there, he got out of sight and burst into tears.
"Goldie, please come with me." said Cachen. "I need to convicne the musher to take you with us." he said. He lead her over to Mr. Samson and tugged his pants. He whimpered and looked to Goldie, his puppydog eyes saying 'please let her come with us. I'll be heartbroken if you don't', or something like that.
"Kodi, maybe you should help Cachen convince Mr. Samson to let Goldie come, if he doesn't let her come, Cachen will be devastated." Balto whispered in Kodi's ear.
"I guess so..." muttered Lena, angry.
