Reka blushed slightly, tilting her head.
"What...kinda of 'like'?" she asked, tilting her head still further.

Kurt could feel himself heating up, as he blushed further. Feeling as sure he looked like a cherry, Kurt gulped.
"Um, well... Ya know, like..Like like....?" He said, standing suddenly.
"I, uh, have to go......" He said suddenly, rushing off.

Reka stood up quickly, seeing hims so flustered.
"Wait! Kurt!" she started, but Kurt was already gone. "..I like you too.." she said quietly before laying back down and sighing.

Kurt rushed away quickly almost coming to tears, before he ran into Everett.
"Well well well....Lookie what i got here!" Everett teased, circling Kurt. "Now, i can get you back for taking MY Eureka!" EVerett snarled, lunging at Kurt, who stood shocked, and unprepaired.

The next day...

Kurt lay limply under a tree protected partially from the rain. His blood-smudged fur and torn skin stung when the rain hit it, and he whimpered. Kurt could barely manage a whine, let alone a cry for help as he panted lightly, his tounge lolling out.

Eurkea got up early that morning, and found herself wandering in the woods, wondering where Kurt had gone.

Hereing twigs snap, Kurt whined louder, struggling to back up further against the tree. He had to move, so he crawled numbly into the shadows whimpering. The rain pattered down the trunk, and trickled down into Kurt's fur making him shiver.

Reka perked, hearing the whimpers and the faint rustling. She looked around, twitching her nose to catch to try and catch a scent.
"Kurt?" she perked, looking around.

Kurt whined louder, hereing Eureka's voice. He woofed ever so silently, squirming now.
"R-re..." He couldn't finish, hoping Eureka would ifnd him.

Rekea's ears twitched. He turned and saw Kurt.
"Kurt!" she barked and hurried over to him. "Kurt! Are...Are you okay??"

"I..Evere... I couldn..." Kurt muttered, whining loudly at the sudden wince of pain in his aching side. He groaned and tried rolling over, with no evail. The deep gashes on his side splitting with pain were the only thing that stopped him.
"Eurekaaaa....." He murmered, drowsily.

"Oh Kurt," Eureka folded her ears back and layed down beside him."Try not to move. Just stay still."

Kurt shivered at the udden warmth of Reka's body. He nuzzled her neck, and cried, letting out all of his pain.

Reka folded her ears flat against her head and just stayed as close to Kurt as she could, trying to comfort him.

Kurt sighed into Eureka's ruff. He sniffled, and lifted his head just barely.
"Thank you. Eureka..." He said, falling asleep.

"It's nothing Kurt..." Eureka sighed and let him sleep peacefully.
