"Yeah," Loki said. "Hey, where's Al?"
"Right here," he barked, "I was already half-asleep."
"Oh. I think everyone else is accouted for then," Loki anounced. "Go get some shuteye, everyone!"

Sadie was soon curled up in the trailer she and Loki shared. Though her eyes were closed, she couldn't seem to fall asleep.

Loki walked into the little "house" that he and Sadie shared. "Are you asleep?" he asked as he layed down, next to her.

"No," Sadie replied, her hushed whisper rippling through the cool night air. She was glad of her thick pelt as a draft swept over her; the first biting winds of autumn would soon be upon them.

"Why?" she added inquisitively. Her deep brown eyes turned to gaze at him, her golden head shifting slightly.

"I thought you were." Loki responded. "It's cold, isn't it?" he commented, shivering. "My fur isn't very long, it's only about medium length," he woofed, jokingly.

In simple response, Sadie shifted so that her golden body was closer to him. "Winter's approaching far too fast," she sighed.

Sadie's coat was longer than Loki's, and she soon began to feel his body heat seeping through her fur. "Better?" she asked softly.

"Yea, it is," he said, answering both questions and laying his head on her back. "'Night," he said, yawning one last time. He closed his eyes, thinking of Lyna, and the approaching winter."

"G'night," Sadie replied softly, her warm brown eyes remaining open. She couldn't sleep, even though weariness coursed throughout her tired body.

Loki soon fell asleep.

Flint watched Lyna look around the trailer for a few minutes, before she layed down near him.

"Nigh' nigh'," Lyna said sleepily, laying down next to Flint. Her eyes closed, and her thumb found its way into her mouth. SHe sucked on it contentedly, a small smile on her young face.

Fenris chuckled after he saw Flint and Lyna.

The next day

Loki yawned and liften his head up, and perks his ears up. "Mornin' Sayyydie," he said, licking the top of her head.

Sadie gave a small smile at his pronunciation, and struggled to open her soft brown eyes. Her golden ears twitched, and she sneezed unexpectedly. Now roused, the hybrid sat up, slouching slightly from grogginess. "Mornin', Lo," she said, smiling gently again.

"How are you this morning?" Loki asks Sadie, yawning halfway through the question.
Flint opened his eyes, but looked down and saw Lyna sleeping. He tried his best to stay still, so her wouldn't wake her.Fenris, however, forgetting to be quiet, woke up and barked at Flint excitedly, "Good morning!"

Lyna stirred, but didn't wake up, shifting her position so she was closer to Flint.

Sadie smiled at the garbled sentence. Most of it was incoherent because of the yawn. "Could you repeat that? Without a yawn?" she teased.

Loki reapeated it, obviously embarassed by his yawn, "I said, How are you this morning?"
Flint gave Fenris a glare, "Lyna's sleeping, and I think it's best she stays alseep. She might cause trouble when she's awake, and anyways, mostly everyone else is still alseep, most likely."
Fenris sighed, "Oh, alright, I'll be quiet..."
