He looked at her, with surprise at first, then he smiled. He couldn't believe it, he heard her dad call for him but he ignored, wanting to spend more time with her. He smiled: "Hold on, let's get outta here, so we can talk more! Just you and me.." he said taking her hand, all for sneaking out of work.

Bethany thought for a moment, then smiled, "Yeah sure!" She said excitedly. She grabbed his elbow and lead him to the private woods right outside the ranch.

Nate happily allowed her to lead him off. Thankfully the snuck past her father's watchful eye (but not Nick's). Nate smiled as they got into the woods. He couldn't help but look over at Bethany, focusing on her, he wasn't thinking about walking. And so, on an uprooted tree root. Nick's foot got caught, he yelped slightly, then stumbled. Because Beth was holding onto him, when he fell, she was pulled down as well, and somehow, they became entangled. They fell, Beth under Nate.

Nate blinked rapidly, realizing he was ontop of her, their faces only inches apart. "Uh-Uh-Uh!" he stammered. "I-I-I'm sorry!" he blurted, closing his eyes tightly, he didn't know what else to do, he was still too surprised to just move off of her.

Bethany yelped at the suddenness of it all, then felt her cheeks burn red. "Uhm.." She slowly linked her arms around his neck, though she didn't know why. "That's okay." She said softly.

His eyes opened quickly, when her arms wrapped around his neck. He blinked and his eyes darted quickly around, wishing for something to take his attention away fron the girl below him. He was unsuccessful and ended up staring into her eyes. "Ehm... Well, ya know, a-accidents... Ehm, happen..." he said softly. He hadn't realized he was getting closer to her until the lips met. For a moment, he kissed her, until he realized what was going on, he pulled away, a dark blush on his face. He began apologizing: "B-Beth! I-I'm sorry I-I wasn't thinking! I-I-I..."

After the kiss, Bethany giggled slightly, finally starting to loosen up around Nate. "Do I make you nervous?" She joked, seeing the blush on his face.

He blinked then smirked, seeing that she was starting to loosen up. "Pssht, I don't get nervous! What a smooth guy like myself?" he asked playfully, he went to get off her, forgetting her arms where around his neck. He only managed to roll over and pul her ontop of him. "I fail at life.." he muttered with a blush as he looked up at her.

Bethany blushed and giggled, "No you don't. You are epic at life." She said sweetly.

Nate smirked and wrapped his arms around her waist, smiling up at her. "Heh, thanks. You're pretty great too, you always have been." he said, referring to how long he had known her. He had always liked Bethany, perhaps not in a 'crusher' way, but he defiantly thought she was (in her own ways) cool.

Bethany blushed and smiled a little, "Why, thank you." She said.

"I feel now I can do this, and it not be awkward." he said with a grin, he propped himself up on one elbow, he put his hand gently on her cheek, then he put his lips to her. This time, not jerking away.

Bethany smiled when he kissed her, she didn't know how to kiss, so she let Nate teach her.

Nate finally pulled away and grinned, laughing softly. "You don't know how to kiss, do ya?" he asked playfully.

(hmm... U have any ideas? I might have one... But idk xD)

"Not at all." Bethany breathed through her smile.

(I think Nick you come up and be like "HOLY FREAK SHOW WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?!" ))

(Oh yes!!!... Hmmm... Oh! What if they like go swimming before Nick gets there, and so after that they start kissing again and Nick shows up, soooo things look WAY worse than they actually wuuurrr XD)

Nate laughed, then softly assured "Don't worry about it. I thought you where okay!" he grinned.
