Lyna laughed again, her face light-hearted and happy. She toddled a few steps closer, standing in between the two canines. She ran over to Fenris and stroked his fur, then stumbled as she walked to Flint, crawling the rest of the way.

Flint yawned, and laughed afterwards.
Fenris bared playfully when Lyna petted him, and watched her make her way to Flint.
Loki laughed to himself, but he knew he'd miss the little human.
Flint tried to help Lyna up when she got over to him.

"I'm going to miss her," Sadie said suddenly, her gaze turning to Loki.

"So will I," Loki responded, frowning a little. "But there's no way we could keep her, she needs to eat human food, not trash."
"And she needs to be warm," Abby added, "Not living in tis junkyard."
"All In al, I guess it's for the best," Loki ended.
Flint, picking up the talk, perked his ears, "Maybe we could go visit her!"

"Maybe," Sadie said doubtfully. She didn't really believe this could happen; it wasn't as if her parents would allow some grungy dogs to come inside and visit their child.

"It would be fun," Loki added.
"Yeah," Flint added."Hey, what do we do tomorrow after we take Lyna home?" Fenris piped up.

"More practice?" Sadie suggested. She could dimly hear Hiro's groans, and ignored them.

Flint shrugged, "Doesn't matter to me," he said.
"Ooh, can I go out scouting on the way back? Maybe catch a rabbit?" Fenris piped up.
Loki nodded, "Sounds good."

Even though Loki had already given his affirmative, Sadie hesitated. They would all need the practice...starting a revolution wasn't exactly going to be easy...even if you were prepared. But she dipped her head after brief consideration. "Actually, could you also see if there would be some dogs around town that would be willing to help us, while your at it?"

"Umm, alright. The rabbit will probably help us ge them to come, it'll interest them." Fenris replied."Ok, then," Loki said. "Everyone, go to your trailer, time to go to seep, we gottas get up early tomorrow."

Sadie wasn't surprised when Lyna stayed with Flint and Fenris, but a certain pain twinged in her heart; this would be her last night with their small band. The wolf hybrid had grown attached to the human pup; she would finally admit it. It would be almost painful to see her go.

Loki smiled sadly, noticing also that tonight would be the first and last night with Lyna. "It's not like we won't see her again, when she gets older, she might come looking for us." He said, trying to lihten the mood.

"She might not remember us," Sadie said, the pessimistic side of her brain refusing to be cheered up. "She's only a pup."

"We till rememeber our parents," Abby offered, "And they abandoned us. And Loki and I still remember each other, after we were seperated."
Loki nodded slowly, "That's true. Most pups remmber their parents, and aren't we a sort of part of Lyna's family?"

Sadie nodded, relieved that she had an excuse to be optimistic once more. A sudden yawn interrupted her thoughts, and she looked at her paws sheepishly. "We should probably get some rest," she said.
