Niky put his head back to the floor "God.. Ivy you should gain a sense of humor"

James turned his head "You? Sense of humor? you both the grumpiest ones in the forest.. a bear is cuddly compared to one of you two"

Niky growled but didnt say anything

Zion paid no attention to Niky as he was staring into the lake and whispered "Look carfully.. Wait for a fish to come within Reach.. and when you think you can grab it. You charge your head down and bite hard enough to grip the fish before it swims away, Be fast and take your time. one mess up may scare all the fish to keep away for awhile."

Lorra nods slowly as she lets it all sink in. "okay..okay..I think I got it.."
she turns her attention to a brown fish lazily floating past her.
She glances back at her mom.
hailey nods and smiles.
She glances at her dad and grins.
Taking a deep breath she plunges her head into the water and tries to grab the fish. Lorra flings it onto the ground but it is flopping so hard its hard to control.

Zion noticed the strong fish flapping about on the floor "Get it! Dont let it find its way to the water!"

"I GOT IT!" Aidan hollers. he pounces on the fish, however it is so slimy it ends up sliding out of his paws and past Robbie. Robbie darts for it.
"Try corraling it!" Hailey yelps.
"c;mon Niky and Ivy!! we need all the people we can get to catch this fish!" Lorra yells!

Zion grinned and brought up his paw with claws sharp. And Digged down into the fish as it past by him "Try using your claws instead of repeatedly biting the ground"

Niky blinked "Only cats use their claws, we got teeth"

Zion rolled his eyes "We got claws for a reason, Its to grip and kill and bring down prey, Niky you should know better."

Niky blinked "How would i? I dont hunt"

Zion turned his head and smiled "Lorra was very well done fishing, But next time, if any of you bring a fish out then try bite down before you loose it, and if it does hit the gound then strike with your claws instead of trying to grab it"

Robbie rolls past her father laughing. "That was hilarious!" she says, giggling.
"Thank you Dad" Lorra grins, she licks him on the cheek and wags her tail proudly.
"Who's gonna go next?" she says.

Zion looked around "Robbie.. you seem exicted to try this. you have a go, remember to stay calm and take your time"

(After her, we skip past everyones try then to their feast =P cant be bothered doing that 7 more times XD)

"Okey dokey!" Robbie says. She positions herself on the bank like Lorra. A tiny minnow swims past her. "eh too small..." Robbie murmurs..
a large trout begins making its way towards her.
"Hey," she says to her father, "how about this one?" she prepares to pounce. the fish swims closer...and closer...
She leans in and swipes it out, being careful to keep a firm grip on it.

Zion sighed "it dont matter what it is, anything feeds you. Take it when your ready" He turned to Hailey "you going to try to?"

Hailey shakes her head, "I'm fine." she says.

Robbie swiftly grabs the fish and sinks her teeth into it.
"whew!" Lorra says. "thats a big one sis! isn't it, daddy?"

Zion smiled and whispered to Hailey "Well atleast now none of us have to hunt, we got our own set of pups who can hunt for us" He grinned and turned his head to Robbie "Well done!, Now Bella you give it a try"

some time after the meal...
Everyone sits with full bellies
Aidan belches.
"Aidan!" Hailey snaps.
"sorry mom! 'scuse me." he says.
Ivy rolls her eyes.
All that can be heard is the sound of contented sighs and the chewing of fish bones.

"Niky!" Zion snapped to.

Niky blinks "escuse me.."

Zion sighed out of being full "I wont be able to eat for another week,, we probably ate all the fish already"

James nodded "They come back dont they?"

Zion nodded

Hailey yawns and ficks her tail. "i'll be back soon," she says.

Robbie tilts her head. "Where do you think mom is going?" she says to Bella

Zion shrugged "Not sure.. But no need to be curious, she probably scented something.. hm.. Wait here" Zion Stood up "Hailey where ya going?"
