At first, the cd was all static, but then a man's voice stated today's date. "Its working..." whispered Ellis as the sound of a car door was heard, then a woman began to talk.

"So what did you want to talk to me for, John?" said the woman.

"I wanted to ask you abot this video." the man, John, said.

There was a breif pause, then the woman said, "Yes, that's one of our subjects, Jake, right? Our Ice element?"

"Jake?" said Ellis. "Dont they mean Chase?"

The man spoke again. "Yes, we think this is him, and remember we don't know their names yet, but judging by the audio we recorded it sounds like Jake. And who is this one here? The one summoning shadows?"

The woman answered confidently, "That's... Hmm.. Martini, correct?"

Ellis suddenly burst out laughing. "Martini!" he repeated through his laughing fit.

Ellis let his laughing die down as the man and woman kept talking.

"Have we confirmed an attraction between the two?" the woman asked.

The man made a 'tsk' sound and replied, "Its difficult to say, although we did confirm a previous relation between our earth and fire subjects, Phyllis and Cameron."

"Phyllis? What the f**k?" said Ellis, but then he blushed madly, as now his secret about him and Carmen was blown. S**t, s**t, s**t! he thought.

Ellis bit his lip and scratched his temple. "Uhh..." he said, "I... don't really know what to say." he admitted. "Okay, we dated for a while, but that's all in the past now..."

The woman spoke again. "Any other confirmed relations?"

"I'll explain later." Ellis told him as he focused back on the voices.

The man replied, "Our Jake seems to be a sort of big brother figure to our air subject, Terry. To get to him we either have to go through Terry or Martini, who seem to be the closest to him."

"What about our earth subject?" the woman asked.

The man answered, "Him and our mysterious main subject have had quarrels in the past, most of them over a girl who we think is named Tyler."

Ellis glanced at Dymitri. "Calm down, Martini." he said in a low tone. "There's no way they're getting any of us."

The woman said, "So when are we going to... you know, collect?"

"Soon." the man answered. "All in good time, and not until we've set up appropriate environments to hold them in."
