8.6/10 The way the black/white is blended bothers me... is it supposed to be that way? Maybe you should blend it more?

10/10 i really like it and those eyes actually make me like the well hated color yellow

7/10. The quality is really bad :\ And the background is pixelly, and looks..very..bad.

The image is terrible quality, You've had Lucario avatars for as long as I can remember, so it's very old, No border, You can't really see/understand what it's doing in the picture either.

Borders are something to be put around typically the outside of a graphical image. Granted, some avatars and signature tags differ, and their borders can be inverted, or vectored in a way where the actual image put inside is sticking out of its background. Borders make graphics more shiny, distinct, but similar to each other at the same time. They're really quite simple.

9/10 Ah, that's cool! A little hard to see what's in it, though, due to the dark colors.

8/10 Prett awesome... even though it's just eyes. xD Nicely drawn tho... but kinda plain.
