Cody said "I am still really unnerved at what he told me before he died, though. I know it must have been in some type of encrypted language in English that I would only be able to decipher."

Cody said "He said right before he died 'Whatever you do Cody, don't get anywhere near vampires. They can't be trusted.' He didn't believe that but he said it. He was all about turning us wolves around to making us think the way he did. He always thought that you guys were as evil as we were and we are not that evil. But it is still unnerving that he said that and a vampire was standing on top of him before I scared it away. I think he was trying to point to his murderer's name by stating something that the vampire believed about wolves. So, do you know of any vampire that thinks wolves are evil creatures that can't be trusted and needs to be hunted down and destroyed."

Cody sighed and said "I was afraid of that because I thought I seen the vampire and it looked like your father that was standing over my father. I don't want to kill him but the next time I meet him I don't know if I can stop myself from taking my revenge."

Cody said "He isn't your father anymore, anyways, because of that reason."

Cody shook his head sadly and sighed. He finally said "I know what you mean., Shay, but would you hesitate on killing him."

Cody said "I am happy then. I knew you would but I had to just make sure." He felt something pounce on his head and something chewing on his ear.

Alex pounced on his dad's head and chewed on his ear once he got Emery off of him.

Cody looked down at Emery and said fatherly to his son "Son, there is someone who wants to play with you and it is your job as the older brother to make sure she is happy and to protect her. So, go on and play with her."

Alex whimpered but did as he was told. He stopped chewing on his dad's ear and jumped on Emery and chewed on her ear playfully.
