Cassie snarled in her cell. "Darn you, Dakota!" She hissed. And the continued more softly, "I wish Ben where here. He'd know what to do. He could get us out of here."

"Mom," Ben said, "I guess I'm not ok. See, while I've been gone, I've been traveling with...well, I..." "Go on, Ben," Encouraged Mrs. Robertson. "You can tell me anything." Ben sighed nervously. "Well, I've been traveling with a...a...well..." His voice dropped to a barely audible whisper. "A were-lynx. I've been traveling with a were-lynx." She lowered his eyes and studied his dirty shoes so that he did not have to look at his mother's shocked expression.

"Cassie? I'm not sure he could. Right now, I don't think anyone cou.d getus out, not if they are on the outside. It has to be an inside job," she said. "And, he can't run a mile," she said, smiling slightly. Amazing how you can joke even when yyou are trapped in a......she couldn't think of a word to describe it. Not one horrible enough. Blood was still trickling down her hands, making crimson puddles on the floor. Hre wrists were throbbing still, possibly worse now that the pain had registered more. Atleast it wasn't a bullet this time, that would suck.

"He could," Cassie argued, voice rising a bit. "He could get us out of here, I know he could! And stop with the mile thing, it's really getting old!" She was practically yowling at this point. "No only that," She continued stubbornly, "but I'm sure he could run a mile if his life truly depended on it! He could run a mile for me!" Cassie stared hotly and angrily into Erin's eyes. She was breathing hard, adrenaline pumping fast through her veins. Then she turned, breaking into sobs. "I can't believe it!" She moaned. "He's gone! Gone...gone..." Her voice trailed off into nothingness.

Sevrin looked at Cassie, "Cassie, relax, i am going to get us out of here, now i need a back up plan if this fails, i need your help as well as both Erin's and Jocelyns, can i trust you with that responsibility? if you do i promise to take you to Ben," Sevrin said

Cassie looked at the back wall of her cell. "I'll try." She whispered. "For Ben."

"Did I hear you correctly?" Mrs. Roberson inquired. "Did you say you traveled with a were-lynx?" Ben nodded weakly, eyes still on the floor. Mrs. Roberson gasped. "Why? How did this happen?" "She was my friend, Mom. It was Cassandra, from across the street? Yeah. Mom, she may be a were-lynx, but she's the nicest girl I've ever known. I helped her escape, but she...she..." His voice cracked.

Erin sighed. "Yeah, try for Ben, and please lay off of it. We'll get out, ok? You'll see Ben." she said quickly. "So, how do I get mine off?" she asked, raising her arms slightly to show her cuffs more. "I can't pull em off, don't want to try again. I already sliced my wrists open," she said, blood still trickling down her arm. It was pooling on te floor, catching the florescent lighting that ran in strips over the hallway.

Jocelyn snickered. "Even if the chains could break off, you could never bend these bars. "I even can't! Venom cant and my full strength can!" she said hotly. The scent of Erin's blood suddenly came across her and she breathes in deeply, enjoying the scent. She exhaled with a low hiss and turned her head. Her throat burned and every fibre of her being screamed for her to attack. Blood was the only thing that could bring her strength back. And the fact she hadn't had a taste of blood since last month.

Erin sighed. "That sucks then. Ok, anyone have a lock pick?" she asked gloomily. She noticed how Jocelyn was acting. "You ok?" she asked. "Oh, it's my blood isn;t it?" she asked, blood still dripping.

Jocelyn blinked rappidly and took in a gulp of air. "I'm fine," she said, her hunger over powering her.

"Whatever," Erin said, slightly worried about the small girl. She could see her trembling, struggling with something. Maybe blood would help her get her stronger and stuff. "Jocelyn, what would happen if you drank blood, right now?" she had a hunch, she hoped she was right. If hse was, this could be a way out.

Jocelyn froze. "What?" she asked, a hint of anger in her voice. "Do you know what I woulddo to you if I drank your blood?" she asked turning her face to look at Erin straigth in the face. "I would kill you" she spat. "If I taste human blood... a frenzy begins and it's almost impossible to stop!"

While the two talked Sevrin pulled a pin he had in his pocket, he rolled his eyes as he heard them talking. he stuck the small pin in his key slot, and began working, 'Hopefully it won't,' clink, 'It broke, i need something more strudy,' he said, he then looked around....nothing.....he then looked at his claws, then something clicked in his head, he rushed to his key slot, he then began lockoicking, "Come on," he said outloud, then he heard a click, "Ha! got it," his door opened but very loudly, he winced at the sound, he looked around and hid in the darkness of the shadows watching his friends from safety. "I will help you out as soon as i can," he told them, "But not now,"
