Katie nodded, sympathetic to Balto. "If you ever need help, don't hesitate to ask. I can definitely look into finding your sister, or at least find out if anything happened to her."

Tai went scarlet red, and giggled. She nuzzled under Fang's chin gently, tail wagging.

Bashkei smiled, nodding. "thank you." he said, grinning softly. "you know you and your siblings aren't so far off from being full wolves." he said, messing up lena's fur again.

Katie nodded tiredly and smiled. "I'm just exhausted... That's all. I barely slept."

Tai giggled, and circled Fang, letting her tail slide under his chin. "I've had the sneaking suspicion." she joked, grinning.

Bashkei nodded, watching Lena fuss over her fur. He nodded. "Sometimes that's just the way things turn out." he said.

Katie laughed. "it's not as if i smell any better after getting pelted with stink bombs..."

Tai nodded, leaning against Fang. "I know." she whispered back, her tail wagging. "But that doesn't mean I can't be cute. Besides, if I don't, Lena might get suspicious." she laughed lightly.

Bashkei nodded. "so my brother's told me." he said, smiling.

Katie thought for a moemnt, and shook her head. "They already have the sneaking suspicion that my pups aren't nearly as much dog as they think." she laughed softly, closing her eyes as they talked.

Tai winked, giving a light shrug. "I try." she teased.

Bashkei nodded, smiling. 'I'm sure, if she's anything like her Father."

Katie smiled, a certain pride filling her. But she frowned. "But we can't have humans thinking we're all like me or all like my cousin... Some of us are dangerous. We're not dogs, we're wild animals and we don't want encroachment by humans." she sighed "Say everyone thinks all wolves are social and friendly to humans... And someone gets mauled... We're back at square one."

Tai gasped, putting on a sullen face. "that's...that's low, Fang." she said sulkily.

Bashkei laughed. "it seems to be trait common in wolves."

OOC: Random question, but what's your take on wolf hunting?

"Yeah, I know, but I mean they respect wolves more than before." said Balto. "Which is a good thing."

Fang licked her. "I was kidding, sorry."

Lena nodded. "Like Kai."

OOC: I don't think it's a good idea. From the reasons given, they're doing it to increase Moose population for hunting, problem is, that's a dumb reason. Take wolves out of the envirnment and things will go real bad real fast.

Katie nodded, grinning sheepishly. "Sorry, I'm a biased party." she said, chuckling.

Tai perked up right away, grinning. "I know. But still, that's a pretty low blow."

Bashkei laughed, and nodded. He looked around. "Where is Kai?"

I want to make sure everyone's okay." Katie said, sounding farily worried.

Tai gently licked Fang's cheek, a small blush on her face. "It's okay."

Bashkei nodded, smiling. "I lost track of where he was."

Katie shook her head, looking sad. "No, Cachen. it's not a good place at all."

Tai nodded, wagging her tail. "I'm all set to get out of here." she took some pride in making Fang blush, and giggled.
