I know this is a bit confusing so:

Nuka: Adult, at Woodland park/the lab pack leader, Aleu’s mate, paws adoptive dad
Nooka: pup. Stayed at Central park, Cana’s friend, Senidy’s friend.
How I remember Nuka-1 ‘U’ !

Paloma the dove had been sleeping in a tree overlooking Nuka’s shed and seen what the two drunk boys had done, she couldn’t do anything in time to help Nooka She followed the terrified puppy as he dashed away and perched on a tree near the cave he hid in. Should I talk to him no I might scare him more but I have to tell Senidy and Cana, I’ll ask Bubba to watch Nooka Paloma decided she looked round and Bubba was right beside her!

“I saw what happened too” Bubba said are you going to go and tell the dogs?

“You read me like a book Bubba” the dove said kissing her mate’s beak “ill see you later” thanks!” and Paloma flew off towards woodland park but in the next park she flew right into a loose-net designed to catch birds. It took her a long time to peck and disentangle her way out of it and peck through the ropes to get it out of the way from other birds. She flew on.

Meanwhile in the Dog room paw gently stroked Loggen’s belly trying to help digestion he’s going to need a big wee soon! she thought.

Loki had been thinking just what paw had and a mischievous grin spread across her face. She whispered her idea to Toa

The grey and white pit-bull nodded “that’s a great idea Loki” Toa said, toa told Tanga.

Tanga nodded “great idea, ill carry the basket-bag over to the shed when he needs to go; if he wants to do it” she said. “Hey Loggen would you like to pee outside the shed where we locked up the two guardmen? It will run down and they will be stuck with your pee until they are let out by the police in a few hours, I’ll carry you there in that basket bag your in!”

Kau put the lids back onto the buckets that contained the remaining chicken and chicken soup. “The spring in the cave should be cool enough to keep them fresh for a while yet” the English bull-terrier said to Toa who helped him carry them to the cave and spring and put them into it.

Over by the shed, Kahui had been telling Senidy a funny story about Tiaki. “One day he went running down a hill but couldn’t stop and went “splotch” into some sticky mud, he climbed out. Big droplets of mud stretched down on strings then fell off him, the he shook! I was splattered with mud, I leaped on him and we romped around then rolled down a hill into a river and got clean!”

Senidy laughed aloud then looked up “oh here’s Tanga,” she looked into the basket as Tanga told them about what had happened. “Poor pup” she said “I know some of the horrible things those humans do, they killed my beloved mate” she said tearfully. She and the other dogs looked away while Logen emptied himself the pee was extra smelly because of the poison in it.

Tanga picked up the basket-bag and took the unwell puppy to the shed, the other dogs and told them about Logen as she lifted him out.

Paw stayed in the basket and when Logen was lifted back into the basket she licked his muzzle and ears.

Tanga put Logen back in the basket bag “There’s a big handsome black dog named Onyx who wants a mate in the lab” she said winking at Senidy.

Nuka smiled and went through the hole into the cat room with the lager dogs they helped him open the cat cages and the cats happily jumped out, glad to escape. “Follow me” said the big husky he went back through the hole smiling, he told the cats about Central park and the plan for building sheds for the animals.

Columbus grinned at the dogs “I’ve told them about the CEG plan and Pinedale Animal shelter Nuka” he said. Nuka thanked him.

Quinn looked at Columbus well he’s handsome and seems nice but can I really trust him? (Quinn didn’t trust male cats easily).

Cream leaped out of her cage, “we will be going soon, and I can’t wait to get out of this terrible place cream said excitedly, purring.

Bullet couldn’t contain her excitement and ran around Columbus and Nuka in figures of eight she knew the husky was a friendly dog.

Shad smiled at Cream “Bullet is so fast I know how she got her name” he grinned.

Many of the other animals were staying to be picked up by Pinedale Animal Shelter which was also an animal welfare organisation.

“We’re just about ready to go” Nuka said as Tanga returned wit the pups. “Are you coming with us or staying with Aleu?” he asked Black, Shadow Halfblack and Konrad.

Greystripe followed the recue group walking cloes to Quinn.

“Nearly there now Demon” Molly replied “just through this alleyway across the road and were in Woodland Park. Then it’s a short distance to the Lab, and also the big cave Tiaki found for us to stay in until the police arrive in a few hours time.
There’s one important thing though-you can go and growl snarl etc at the shed door- but only until it starts to get light if humans think we are aggressive the will kill us.
The thee dogs came to the road and crossed into Woodland park.

Oh look there’s some of the others with the cats! Freda said Nuzzling Demon.

Meanwhile at the lab Nuka smiled You will be a great help Macy, you can go with whichever paor of CEG minders you like!“Enjoy your self everyone else” he said the dogs where staying “lets go Cats and CEG” and they did! The moon though getting low in the sky was still bright.

Each of the six pairs of dogs had five rescued felines between them and the next pair of CEG minders.

Columbus trotted along with Nuka his tail in the air, as they went through the hole in the fence. He smiled back at the 5 cats who where gong to go to Central park.

“I’m looking forward to seeing the glow worms in the cave” Millie said “I’ve never seen glow-worms before! And the Lab dogs will be so happy to get out of that terrible place!”

“Me too” Solo said as the Collie wriggled through the hole in the fence “and I’ve got some ideas as I’m sure Demon in will like but the police won’t believe what the guard men say about it.”

“Sadie and Kolt will take good care of poor Logen” Toa said. “And Pinedale will be here by 9 am to take the animals not coming to Central park.”

“Yes Kau agreed but I hope we can find a solution to the poor pup’s headache.
In the meantime we will go and get the food for all the cats!

“I do hope it works out for Senidy and Onyx” Tanga said.

Rocky nodded “yes they’re perfect for each other!”

“I don’t see why your humans never loved you” the white Alsatian/husky said.

“And why your mum didn’t love you, Loki” Milo said looking baffled at his new friend.

“I’ve been thinking about what Nuka said about us being Alphas of a sub-part of his pack” Thunder said, “and the cats have made me want to be nicer to everyone!

“And I would too, sometime in the next day or so we will see wants to join our pack” replied Duncan who, with Thunder they were the last CEG pair

Quinn smiled at the two kittens; Greystripe and Cream close to her hoping that they would become good friends.
She had told Nuka that the lab workers never cane into the animal rooms until after 10 am so wit Pinedale coming at 9 at the latest it would be unlikely that they would be missed.

They had reached the tennis court for the cats “Hey its Molly Freda and Demon! Nuka said “Hi you three said

“I’m looking forward to the glow-worm cave and being able to run around freely in it cream said excitedly.

“Indeed” bullet said “I can barely wait but not long now Solo and Millie will care for us!”

Shad grinned “and Millie is going bring us some toys- balls, feathers little toy mice!
And Columbus, will watch over the cats in the tennis court!”

Paw was concerned about Loggen’s headache and gently licked his forehead, muzzle and around his eyes. “Its only been about 10 minutes since he finished
the soup but the headache probably makes it feels three times as long” she said to the dogs.

“I’ve got an idea for Loggen’s headache” Papi said “My master and I know about a shop that sells rosemary tea it is safe for dogs and pups to drink helps
headaches and works quickly I’ll b back ASAP” and with that he ran off to the shop. He picked the lock wit a claw and quickly found the rosemary tea
then returned.
“Loggen, have some of this I know it doesn’t taste that great but it should ease your headache” the red and white husky told the pup pouring the half-cup
bottle full into the empty chicken soup bowl. He returned to Shakira’s cage that was near Loggen’s basket.

“It won’t be long now until Nuka and the CEG dogs return” Aleu said excitedly her tail swishing and her eyes full of love lust for Nuka.

Konrad nuzzled Halfblack, He had been outside to empty himself infrount of the shed “I heard one of the guardmen saying that the barrel of water
has leaked and they don’t have any water!” He laughed, but not too loudly because of Loggen’s headache the other dogs did likewise.

Millie had found a large puppy crate next to the dump, it was a little rusty in a couple of places but otherwise in good condition, “ok you five; go in her to keep safe from any dogs who aren’t friendly to cats” she said to Cream, Quinn, Shad, Bullet and Greystripe. She and Solo would guard them.

Meanwhile the cats gong to Pinedale animal shelter were going into the Tennis court which would be watched over by Toa Kau and Columbus.

"Well they diserve it more then the normal human" Demon said as he can up.

Halfblack laughed queltly "your both right you know"

Black rolled his eyes "do you kids ever learn, that you should respect an elder" Halfblack and Demon looked at him shocked "I DON'T MEAN HUMANS" he rumbled.

Greystripe nodded at followed as Shadow just looked at Black, Halthblack and Demon.
