Sunset growled at Luke as the pup ran away. She walked after Midnight, hopoing never to see those two again. She finally caught up with Midnight. "You okay?" she asked.
Midnight's only answer was a grunt that meant neither yes or no.

Jade woke up with a yawn, she was near Mara. "Hi Mara, what's wrong?" she asked. "Is something wrong?" she asked.

Mara looked at Jade, not sure whether to tell Jade her father had been alive this whole time or not. Mara sighed, hoping Jade couldn't detect that she had been crying. "No, nothing."
Sunset looked down, unsure of what to say. "So... where to now?" she finally asked.
"As far away from here as possible," Midnight said blankly. He just kept on walking, barely noticing Sunset was there at all.

Jade hugged Mara. "Its alright, I can tell you were crying, it isn't that hard for a mother to tell a pup's been crying, it is one of the jobs that comes with it." she said. "Well if you don't want to tell me you don't have to...but can you please help me with something?" she asked, still conflicted as to how she should tell Luke his father is dead.

"Please don't fight!" said Luke, a few tears in his eyes. "I can't stand fighting." he said, that was something he couldn't stand for. "Winter?" asked Luke, cocking his head and hoping to change the subject. "Why did they name you Winterfall? Is there a reason they named you that?"
"Well..." said Jade. "I'd rather not say unless Mara wants me to." she said.

Winterfall sighed and whispered, "I'm sorry, Luke. I elt my anger get contorl and I'm so angry. How could Midnight do this? how could Sunset let him?" he smiled at teh pup. "Sorry. My name? tehy call me winterfall because I used to play int eh snow as long as I could and I became hyper when teh snow would fall from teh sky, I don't knwo why. Winter was my season. My brother was Summerspring. I guess they liked playing iwth the names of seasons or something."

Luke nodded. "That's a nice name, I'm not sure why my momma and papa named me Luke, I guess the name was just nice." he said, wagging his tail a little. "Though there are a lot of things about me I like, my fur for one, no other dog in town had fur like mine because my papa was diffrent than everyone else, the other pups liked it but the older dogs didn't." he said and pinned his ears. "They called me half-breed and dirty breed, all sorts of mean names." he said, tears begining to reapper in his eyes and run down his cheeks. "Names that hurt me inside." he said, curling his tail around him as tears streamed from his eyes.
