"Leave Loki alone!"Christy growled."He was only looking for food!He didn't know this was our territory!Now leave him alone!"Christy ordered.Christy's fur was bristled and her eyes were narrowed due to the anger and shouting.

Aurora rolled her eyes. "Christy, a TRUE alpha would DEFEND the territory AND it's food source. Honestly, it was a GOOD thing I scared him."

Loki stayed quiet and remained in his submissive position. Ever single second of this hurt his ego more and more. Every. Second. After a while, the lone wolf spoke up: "Um, ladies? Can I get up now?" A questionable smirk formed on the wolf's lips and his tail untucked as he thumped it against the ground. "If ya do," he added, "I'll just leave you and your pack alone, I promise. I won't come back around here again."

Phoenix watched Kamui walked off. The wolf went off toward where Ghost was. He sat a few feet behind her watched as she lectured to Subaaru about the importance of staying put in his den until that -tiny- scratch on his nose healed. Phoenix chuckled and shook his head. 'She should have mothered pups,' he thought. 'She seems like the motherly type anyway.'

Christy growled and Aurora and pinned her."Say that once more and you'll be on your own."Christy threatened."I'm YOUR alpha.And you are NOT my alpha."Christy said once more.Christa walked over to Loki."Hey you should join our pack.You'll starve on your own."Christa told him with a smile.

Loki scoffed. Without saying anything, the loner pulled himself up into a sitting position. He was still aware of Aura's eyes glued to him, and out of the corner of his own eyes, Loki could see that she was snarling.
"Alpha, I'd love to, but I can't. Sorry." He turned to Aura and asked, "And how do you know my name? I've never met you before," he added with a snort.

" It's Aurora and I heard them talking about you when I cam running."

"Oh." That was all Loki could managed. He stood and turned to dash off into the forest; he had no intention of sticking around any longer. For all he knew, Christy's wolves could be surrounding him right now. He had to get as far away from the pack's hunting grounds as possible.
After what seemed liked hours of running and his legs began to ache, Loki slowed to a trot. His tongue lolled out the side of his opened mouth and the lone wolf looked behind him to see if he was being followed. Good. He wasn't. His eyes looked up at the tall pines overhead and he smiled. "Ah, finally somewhere that I'm familiar with."

Christy's sister,Christa was following Loki but hiding."I need to see where he goes.."Christa said to herself.Christa kept following Loki.Christa stepped on a branch and it cracked.

Kamui stood next to Christy and Aurora as they watched Loki run off into the woods, Christa following him.

Kamui just ignored her and minded his own business, attempting to send her the message that he was not seeking confrontation from her. Quite frankly he had had enough of that from Hunter as it was, and didn't want even more of it from anyone else just to add onto all the drama that he already had to deal with when he didn't even want to.

A sudden snap alerted Loki and the wolf whirled around to see what was behind him. His paled brown eyes were wide as they shifted around the dense pine trees for the intruder. 'Christa,' he thought, catching the female's scent.
The lone wolf smirked. 'Well, she doesn't know that I've caught her scent,' Loki thought and turned around to smirk to himself. 'Might as well have some fun with her then.' Loki went back to acting as if nothing had started him, black nose placed at the ground and he pretended to be following some prey's trail.

"I'm so stupid.."Christa thought.Christa kept following Loki as quiet as she could be.

After a while, the wolf pushed Christa's presence to the back of his mind as he really focused on finding a meal. He soon picked up the scent of a snowshoe hare and Loki licked his lips; his stomach growled at the thought of having rabbit for dinner tonight. 'At least no one will be able to scare this one off', the lone wolf thought as he picked his head back up and broke out into a trot on the tail of his next meal.
