Syaoran came up behind Zajiao.

"Christa went hunting with Cheyanne and some others." Syaoran said.

Christa spotted the herd of elk where Savannah was pointing at with her muzzle."Thanks Sav.Your the best and seeking."Christa said.Christa looked at the others."Okay,I got a plan.Cheyanne and Bulldog,You guys will go from the left side.Seth,Savannah,you guys will go from the right side.I'll go from the front."Christa said.

Bulldog shook his head. "No." He said looking at the herd. "Savannah will attack from the behind, Seth and Christa will attack from the side, and Me and Cheyanne will attack from the front." He said as he told them to move out. "Go!" Cheyanne yelled as the group ran to their spots. The herd of elk lifted their heads, and looked around. They didn't care so they kept on eating. Savannah ran up behind the herd and snarled. Scaring the herd off into Bulldog and Cheyanne's direction. Christa and Seth scared part of the herd going the opposite direction the came from. Cheyanne and Bulldog caught and elk still headed their direction. Cheyanne lunged for the throat, and Bulldog went for the back leg. Christa and Savannah joined in while Seth herded the elk away from the dying elk. Seth ran back and lunged for the elk's head, killing it immediately. The elk dropped dead, and Cheyanne finally caught her breath. "Nice work team.." Bulldog said panting. Cheyanne nodded. "See, if Bulldog and I went from the back side, Savannah and Seth went from the side, then Christa would have a hard time taking on an elk by herself." Cheyanne said. Bulldog nodded.

Syaoran and Zajiao then decided to leave the den and go out walking together, just to talk.

"We should take this big elk back now."Savannah said licking her friend Christa's muzzle.Savannah and Christa were together since they were born.So they were like sisters.Christa licked the blood off Savannah's muzzle.Christa,Savannah,and Seth grabbed part of the elk with their teeth and lifted it up a bit.

Bulldog and Cheyanne took the lead by grabbing he elk's head and neck. Reaching the den, the group was surprised when Akia and his group were coming from the other direction with a moose. Dropping the elk, Bulldog watched as Chevek opened his eyes from his resting spot and looked at both groups. "Oh, he -yawns- hey. I see both of you had luck." He said yawning and stretching.. "Yes, we should have food for a while." Akia smiled at him. Bulldog nodded. "We should, if we don't there's something wrong. I mean, this should last us a couple of days..." Dusty, Akia's mate, said.

"Welcome back, everyone." Syaoran greeted, Zajiao standing right by his side and nodding in agreement.

Chevek smiled and nodded. That night, The alphas ate their share. Four months later, It was Chevek's pups first snow. Breeza, one of his pups, loved hid and seek. So, they played it. Chevek always lost as well and Mimi. Since the snow was white, and they had black fur. Breeza wondered off as she was one to hide, since she was all white, she covered herself in snow and hid by the river. She stayed there for and hour waiting for her brothers and sister, and her dad to find her. "Acosta, were is Breeza?" Chevek asked him, looking down at his little pup.. "I don't know ,dad." He said looking at him. "Hmm, okay." Chevek said looking in a different direction, see if he could spot her. Then, Chevek shot his glance at Akia, who was walking towards him and what it looked to be carrying a snowball in his mouth. Chevek watched as Akia put it down, the ball sat up and looked up at Chevek and smiled nervously. "Hello daddy." She said. "There you are, Breeza." Chevek said as he thanked Akia and licked the snow off of Breeza. She fell over in the process.

Syaoran helped Breeza up with a shove of his muzzle.

"Don't go disappearin' on us, little Breeza. You'll worry your father and mother, they care very much for ya." Syaoran said with a smile.

"Ok Syaoran." Breeza nuzzled him, then ran off with her brothers and sisters.

"Alpha Chevek," Syaoran said. "Please, I need your help. My brother Zajiao and I were out walking together near the northern border, but then two hunters came out of nowhere! They shot my brother, and he couldn't get up! I ran here as fast as I could. Please Chevek, Zajiao may die if he doesn't get help soon! Please, help my brother!"

Chevek shot his eyes open and snarled. "*****!" He yelled while picking up two of his pups at the same time and running into the den. "Jolie, hunters!" He yelled. "Help we get the rest of the pups!" He added running out the den. Jolie followed. "Akia, get the pack ready, hunters!" Chevek yelled. Akia nodded and howled. The pack heard it and got together. "We have to go, now!" Chevek barked. "They've shot Zajiao." He said as Syaoran led the way.

Zajiao didn't answer and didn't move, but the blood puddle around him was growing larger. Just then, Syaoran and the rest of the pack arrived on the scene.

Chevek looked at him. A gunshot was heard, and it was close. Then, Chevek saw a hunter, he was actually aiming straight for Chevek's head. He ducked mdown as he pulled the trigger. Chevek ran after him as the hunter dropped him amo and struggled to find one still staring at Chevek, panicking. Chevek grabbed the gun as Akia and Dusty went after the hunter. Bulldog, Cheyanne, Seth, and Jolie went after the other hunter.

"Zajiao! Zajiao, wake up!" Syaoran called out worriedly, nudging his brother's motionless body. Still, Zajiao didn't move, and he was losing blood, fast.
