The next morning, Skidmark moved the pack. The pak had to get with a buddy the whole way. "We'll stay here for the niht." Skidmark said as the sun eent down and the pack settled in.

"Hey! Kenai! come here! You want to be another partner with me and Sol-leks?" She asks her. Her and Sol-leks were warm and cuddled up together, but they didn't want poor Kenai to feel left out. After all, it was a pretty cold night...

Marshall curled up in a ball and curled his furry tail over his paws, then sighed as he closed his eyes, feeling kind of lonely, wishing he could have some company.

Koda walked over to Kenai."Are you..Cold?You seem..lonely."Koda said.Kenai looked up from her tail."Yes..I..am.."Kenai said.Koda and Kenai knew they were meant for eachother.Koda stared into kenai's eyes."I'll be your partner..if you want.."Koda said."S-Sure.."Kenai said.Kenai moved over and Koda curled up around Kenai warming the two up from the coldness.

Marshall shivered, trying to shift positions in an attempt to try and stay warm, but just couldn't manage to warm up. He sighed, giving up and just curled up tighter, wishing someone would come along so he wouldn't be so lonesome and cold.

Kenai couldn't sleep the entire time.She was awake.Doing nothing..But staring.."Can't..Sleep.."Kenai thought.Koda looked at Kenai."Kenai?Everything okay?"Koda asked as he walked over to her and licked her cheek lovably.
