Anna was releaved when Channing finally stepped in and took her side against the guard. She held his hand tightly but let go as he placed it on her hip. She could feel her cheek bones burn red again as her face flushed a flurry of colors. She couldn't help it. "Yes." She answered, still thrilled that she was still going to be able to sleep in a room without bars all over and without the feeling of being so exposed. She looked into Channing's eyes once more before following him toward the door, waiting until he opened it to step out and wait for him with her hands folded together. She smiled as some men passed her, unsure of why she was standing outside of her cell and waiting for Channing. Obviously she had a purpose so they just left her be, spreading out to their bedrooms to begin their night into sleep. They'd need all their energy they could possibly get to travel the 187 miles back to the Nothern Kingdom and they had no time to lose.

Channing walked out after her and shut the door tight, only he was aloud in his office so the door had to be shut. He took her hand once again and lead her to her new sleeping place. To get there he traveled up a spiraling starecase and down a long corridor to the second door on the left, the room a few doors down from his. He opened the door and let her walk in first before shutting the door behind her. "I hope eveyrthings to your liking?" He said, glancing around the spacious room. There was a queen size bed, a bookshelf, a night stand and a latern in it towards the window. On one wall of the room there was a flag haning on the wall of the Nothern Kingdom's trade mark, an eagle clutching an olive branch with two swords crossing behind it. Channing didn't like the flag but it was something his superior forced him to carry around with him. He looked at how the blankets on the bed were fresh and folded neatly. The pillows were fluffed and filled with soft cotton.

Anna nodded with a smile, examining the room as the door was shut behind them. Anna turned and looked at the book shelf, happy that she would be able to read once again. "I love it." She said, walking over to the bed and sitting on it. It felt so much better than that old hammock. Running her hand over the soft fabric Anna looked back at Channing with a grin, motioning him to sit next to her. She turned to the side and looked over at a few towels and a washbasin of water. She did need to get bathed and dressed into some sleep wear before she went to sleep, since of course she was still a bit dirty from when she had ran through the forest. Outside some dark clouds began rolling over, sending a cold chill slipping through the crack of the window. Anna didn't mind it though, it was already dark outside and the weather wasn't what she was focused on. Anna pulled her necklace off and sat it on the table and pulled her hair from it's bun, letting her hair fall past her shoulders and stop just below her armpit. She smiled a bit deeper and waited for Channing to join her.

OOC::// Should they go all the way and then have a bad storm roll in that delays their traveling?

Channing nodded with a smile, "I'm glad." He replied, giving the room a final glance over before walking over and sitting next to Anna on the bed. It wasn't until that moment that he realized how much he had back and leg pains. He looked directly at Anna and placed his arm around her. Before he knew what he was doing he began to kiss her again, another long and passionate kiss, running his fingers through her beautiful and smooth golden hair. He couldn't describe the emotions pent up inside of him. Loving? Joyful? Channing couldn't understand where all these new feelings were coming from. He placed his arm around her and pulled the smaller a bit closer to him. Outside the dark clouds continued to roll in and cause the weather to drop, even the horses knew there was a bad storm on it's way that could possibly delay the travels of Channing and his party of men.

Anna kissed him in return, wrapping her arms around his neck as she slowly leaned back, pulling Channing on top of her. Her emotions ran wild as she faded to black with him, not a care in the world. She could only focus on him and about living now. She didn't care about anyone else but him at the moment. Meanwhile though back at the castle her mother and father had grown worried for their daughter, wondering why she hadn't returned home yet. Anna's mother, Miranda, pulled her husband off to the side. "George I told you we should've sent more men to look for her! Some of our knights and our daughter haven't returned. Aren't you the least bit concerned?" She asked, glaring at him. George nodded and grunted, "Yes but we did what we could and I told them they shan't return till they find our little girl, now stop worrying so much Miranda they'll find her." He reassured, pulling her into a hug. "Besides, there is a bad storm coming in from the west anyway so there is nothing we can do." He added, holding his now crying wife a bit tighter.

Channing held her close and faded to black with her. When they finally unfaded a few moments later he lay on his side, taking a deep breath as he moved her hair from her face and kissed her on the cheek. "I've never felt this way about a woman before, Anna." He said, feeling as though something should be said. Channing lay next to her, unable to help that he was just too tired to get up and go to his room and get settled in. He decided he'd sleep with Anna tonight and save his energy, unaware that he wouldn't be traveling as soon as he had hoped. Channing rolled onto his side, reaching down and pulling the blanket up to cover him and protect him from the cold chill of the room. He couldn't understand why it went from so warm to drastically cool and humid. Thinking that it may just be something about being a bit nervous or something like that. He lay his head on a pillow and relaxed into a sleep.

Anna smiled as they unfaded, laying on her side as she stared into Channing's eyes just before he moved to get the blankets. She pulled herself from the bed and went quietly to the wash basin, needing the bath now more than ever. The water was surprisingly still warm. She finished pulling off her clothes and began to bath herself, soon finishing and grabbing the towel from the table. Once she was dried completely off she grabbed Channing's shirt, pulling it over herself as night ware. It felt a little odd sleeping in a man's shirt but she didn't mind it, since it still smelled just like him. A good yet undescribable smell. The younger female crawled back into bed and slipped under the blanket, snuggling up beside Channing for extra warmth.

Channing awoke before Anna the very next day, terrible drousy from his sleep. When he looked over at the window a bright streak of lighting cracked across the sky, rain pouring down from the heavy black clouds. Channing sat straight up, "No." He said quietly, curisng under his breath so that he wouldn't wake Anna with such bad language. The taller man sighed, There's no way to get to the Nothern Kingdom now, we'd be swept away by the harsh winds and killed by the lightning. He thought angrily, shaking his head. There wasn't much else to do now, since his plans of travel had been cancelled. He pulled the blankets back carefully and tucked Anna in, sitting quietly on the corner of the bed. He needed to go and get dressed, to get shaved and to get into a new pair of clothing. So much to do with so many limitations. He just needed to sit and think for a moment.

Anna slept soundly a few minutes longer than Channing did, waking up to catch a blurry image of him sitting on the edge of the bed. She oulled back the covers and smiled, getting on her knees and wrapping her arms around him, giggling happily as she did so. She nuzzled into his neck, "Goodmorning." She said quietly, kissing his cheek as she held onto him a bit tighter. She had forgotten all about the plan to take her away to the Northern Kingdom, but she would soon be refreshed on the subject. Just as she was about to go pick out some different clothes a knight came through the door, "Sire, breakfast has been made downstairs. A lovely stew, come and join us." He said, ignoring Anna, who was now backing off of the bed and toward the dresser, inside one of the drawers she found a beautiful red dress, grabbing it and waiting till the knight left to pull Channing's shirt off and slip into the dress. It was a bit snug but she liked it, smoothing it down with her hands.

Channing smiled at Anna and grinned, knowing they wouldn't be alone for much longer. Just as the other knight came in Channing's stomach growled, it was a good thing breakfast was already made, Great timing. He thought as he rose to his feet, noticing that Anna had his shirt on. He didn't question it. Channing took one glance at Anna in that beautiful red dress and was stunned by how beautiful she looked. "Beautiful." He complimented, just before placing his hand on the door handle. "I'll meet you down at the dining room okay? I need to get dressed." He said before leaving the room, heading down to his own. Channing pulled on some new clothes and slipped his shoes on, walking back to Anna's door as he waited for her. This would be their first meal together as actual friends, eating together peacfully without worrying if she would stab him in the arm with a fork or something. Channing took a deep breath and waited, the storm outside raging fiercly. It was a good thing the horses had extra hay and they were all safely inside the barn. Channing hoped the storm would pass quickly.

Anna smiled and nodded, looking aronud the room to find another pair of heels. She smiled at beautiful shoes and slipped them on, a perfect fit. Anna finally made it out of her bedroom and shut the door, happy to know that Channing was right there waiting for her like he said. She was hungry as well and couldn't wait to see the type of soup the men had made downstairs. Anna took hold of Channing's arm and began to walk with him downstairs. The men gathered around the table as bowls of steaming soup and bread rolls were being passed out and wine was being poured in the glasses beside each bowl. Anna looked over at Channing and then back at her stomach, Wow, she thought, I'm going to be a mother in a few short months, maybe after breakfast me and Channing could discuss having children, or a child, and make a plan up. I'm sure he'll be thrilled to hear that he'll be a father. She thought happily. Anna hoped they'd be having a daughter, a beautiful baby girl in which they both could raise together and make a beautiful yet charming young lady. She just couldn't wait. If they'd even be having a baby at all.

Channing smiled as Anna stepped out, even more beautiful than ever. As they walked he took a small hair clip from the edge of a table they were passing, running his fingers through her hair as he clipped a piece out of her face. His step sister often asked for him to help her with her hair, so Channing knew what to do with hair. He smiled at her, "Beautiful." He said again as they finally reached the dining room. All the men quieted as they seen Channing entering the room with Anna on his arm, unsure of what he was doing with her. Soon a quiet rumor circulated around the table about the two, the men trying to figure out why on earth their leader was trailing behind some girl that he was supposed to kill. They looked at him a bit funny before shrugging their shoulders and waiting till they sat. Channing pulled out a chair for Anna and offered her a seat, smiling slightly as he did so.

Anna smiled as Channing pulled a chair out for her, taking a seat and pushing herself up to the table. She wasn't too focused on the other men gathered around the table. As she looked down at the soup she caught a whiff of the delicious smelling aroma. She could tell that it was chunks of beef, potato, carrot and celery all mixed with a broth. She had it on a regular back at home. As she began to eat the men around her did the same, laughing and talking about random topics. Anna smiled at them as she reached over to Channing's hand and held it for a second, giving him a friendly squeeze as she began to eat agan with a bigger smile. The men around her stopped eating and looked at Channing, "Uh sire?" One man said, looking at him with obvious confusion. Anna looked up then back down to her food, finishing her meal and taking a few sips of wine.

Channing took a seat next to her and began eating, eyeing the men to see just what they were trying to say. As all the men around him talked he joined some conversations, having a good laugh with all of his men as well. Everything was peaceful today, aside from the weather and from what the men were talking about. Channing wasn't thinking anything about having children at the moment, in fact he didn't want any. Unaware that it was going to be Anna's intentions to talk about it after breakfast. He grinned at Anna as she squeezed his hand, grasping her hand in his for a few seconds before he returned to eating as well. When the man across the table spoke up Channing looked at him, not a smile on his face. "Yes?" He answered in an almost challenging way. He dared anyone to ask about his personal life or love affair with Anna, unaware that he was actually deeper in love than he thought he was. Channing didn't break his stare at the man who had spoken up. The guards were standing by the door, talking quietly amongst themselves. They had received a letter yesterday from the commander and had left it on Channing's desk, forgetting to tell him about it.

"N-Nevermind." The man hesitated, looking back down and finishing his food. He didn't want to barge in on his affairs, besides it was none of anyone's business but their's. Anna looked over at Channing once more and grinned, waiting patiently till he finished his food to try and talk to him about having a child. She took a quick glance at the guards and then back to Channing again, "Channing when you finish could you meet me in the bedroom please? I'd like to talk with you on a serious matter." She said quietly, standing from the table and pushing her chair in. As she stood she finished off the wine and left the glasses on the table for somebody else to clean up, walking upstairs to her bedroom again. From there she waited for Channing, hoping he wouldn't take that long to finish and talk with his friends. Anna thought about the questions she'd ask him, trying them out aloud to see how they sounded.
