As she was pulled onto his lap she tensed her shoulders, unsure of what to do or say now that she was looking up at him. Her head on his knees as the rest of her body stretched out on the couch. Soon feeling uncomfortable to positioned her head so it's be more on his skin that the actually bone in his knee. "So Seam Dominique Vetter." She said said, seeing how well his full name sounded when she said it. "I think what happened in the truck earlier was a little rough. I'm sorry I brought her up though, I won't do it again I promise." She said, brown eyes sparkling with honesty and trust.

Sean grinned a bit and pulled his jacket off. It was getting warmer in there now, since the switch didn't just work the lights. He guessed that she must have hit something that delt with the heating system too. Sean took in a deep breath, the memory of the car ride to this place had taken him aback. Making him realize how bad he must have looked acting that way. "It's fine. The past is the past." He said, trying not to seem offended or angry that she had brought that subject up.

She smiled, wrapping her arms loosely around his neck and resting her head on his big chest, listening intently to the constant thumping of his heart. Thump. Thump. Thump. Katie looked up at him and got an idea. "I'll be back." She said, struggling to pull herself off of his lap. Finally standing up she went wandering off into the darkness of the mall, only a few dim lights flickered. She went directly to the bar section of the mall, rummaging around in the drinks until she found a full bottle of a yellow liquid. Smiling again she walked back, holding the full bottle with one hand. "I'm back." She said with a grin, holding out the bottle to Sean. Katie sat down next to him. "You drink?" She asked, the cold liquid sloshing about in the glass bottle.

Sean put his hand lazily on her back, feeling her heart through her back. He lay his head back and take a deep breath, while the world outside slowly began to spin. Sean could feel Katie shift and knew she was getting up. He looked up at her and smiled, "Alright." He said, letting her walk away but grabbing the pistol out of his belt. If any zombies decided to join them, they'd have to think twice. Sean waited, raising his pistol when footsteps grew louder, only to find that it was still Katie. He lowered his gun and put it back into his jacket, which was now sitting next to him. Sean reached out and took the bottle from Katie's small hands. "I drink every now and then." He said, twisting the cap off. He put the bottle to his lips but he didn't put his mouth around it. Slowly he poured a good sized swig of it in his mouth, handing the bottle back to Katie. "Do you?"

She looked over and smiled at him as he took a good size swig of the drink. She took the bottle and nodded, "Sure do." She said and smiled. Truthfully she had never drunken anything like that before and the strong musky taste caught her off guard. Her face turned sour as she swallowed the liquid down, it sliding fast down her throat. Suddenly her throat got hot. This drink was so strong it was actually burning her throat. She panted. "Delicious." She said with a fake smile. She set the bottle down and looked him over. Trying to avoid getting offered that drink again. Not believing she could handle another swig.

Sean looked at her funny, not knowing that she never drank that kind before. He thought she was just clowning around. "Little hot?" He grinned, picking up the bottle and putting it to his lips. He took another good size swig of it, setting the bottle down again. He looked at her face as she described the drink to him, knowing she was lying by the tone in her voice. "You don't like the drink do you? It's alright." He said simply and leaned back, looking over at the door then back at Katie.

She watched Sean as he managed to gulp down another swig. She didn't understand how he could stand such a terrible drink. Feeling weak she looked over her shoulder, "Yeah okay. I've never drank that before." She said, a small grin quirking up on the side of her face. "So?" She said and getting to her feet. She grabbed the bottle. "I can still drink with the best of them." She said confidently, tipping her head back and taking huge gulp fulls, squeezing her eyes shut to try and focus not on her now burning throat and mouth. Katie put the half full bottle down and swallowed, putting her hands on her hips and standing steadly on her feet. Although she was a little shaky, she didn't think anything of it, knowing that it would just be something that she could sleep off.

Sean suddenly found amusement in seeing her trying to steady herself, giving a deep chuckle before laying his head back and then leaning his head up again to see her. "You having a time steadying yourself?" He grinned, scratching his chin and grabbing the bottle. He took a bigger swig, only a mouthful left in the bottle as he sat it back down and looked up. Since he drank regularly though it didn't seem to be taking much affect on Sean, or at least not as fast as it did on Katie. A few hours ago we were at each other's necks... Now we're drinking together. Hm. He thought, blinking a few times between breaths.
