"It won't stop me." Firestorm walked forward, swaying her tail. If she couldn't smell, she could find Emberpatch anyway. What kind of a warrior was she, if she let a tiny drizzle stop her from finding her friend?

"Emberpatch!" She called out as she followed firestorm through the undergrowth. Cloudfur could tell they were near the Windclan border. She heard rustling up ahead so she pushed ahead of Firestorm. If there was any trouble with Windclan, she didn't want the young she-cat getting hurt.

Firestorm's ears twitched Emberpatch's yowl. " It's coming from there!" she yelled, running in the direction of the WindClan border. She didn't care about Cloudfur calling after her. She might be young, but her friend was in trouble, and nothing was going to stop her from saving her.

Cloudfur growled when Firestorm wouldn't come back. Well i'm not just going to sit here and wait for her to get hurt, She thought. Cloudfur raced after the she-cat and towards the sounds of cats fighting. She emerged into a clearing to find Emberpatch and Firestorm facing a strange cat. Cloudfur identified the cat as Windclan as the earthy scent hit her nose. She glanced at Emeberpatch and saw tufts of fur missing from her shoulders, but other than that she seemed fine. Firestorm stood next to Emberpatch, her tail lashing as she snarled at the intruder. "What's going on here?" Cloudfur said as she padded up to stand at Emberpatch's other side.

"We're not going to do anything to you." Firestorm assured the she-cat. "But our point stands, how come you're eating from ThunderClan territory? Did you steal ThunderClan's prey?"

Cloufur gazed at the small she-cat. She seemed too thin to be a Clan cat. Clan cats weren't even that skinny in leaf-bare. "Are you even a Clan cat?" Cloudfur asked as she stared at the terrified she-cat.

Firestorm nodded. "That's a good idea." she said. She turned to the cat. "Don't be scared." she looked the cat over. "You look hardly six moons old. You're too small to living on your own."

Cloudfur padded over to the small she-cat and laid her tail across her shoulders. "Well, before we go back to camp, I think we should get to know you a bit first. So to start with, what's your name? And how old are you? And where did you come from?" Cloudfur asked while she smiled encouragingly at the tiny she-cat.

Firestorm flicked her tail in anger. "Typical Twolegs." she snorted. "Firestar always told me that not all Twolegs were bad, and now look at poor Oak. My, she's barely old enough to be an apprentice yet." She looked at the tiny scared she-cat. "Don't worry. If you want, you can come back with us to our camp." She looked at her two friends. "Is it alright?" she asked them. If it was her, she would have willingly taken in Oak, but Emberpatch and Cloudfur were older and more experienced than her.

Cloudfur looked Oak over one more time. "Of course you can come back with us." She said with a smile. "Come on, follow us. We'll lead you back to camp and introduce you to our leader. He's the one that decides if you get to stay with us or not." She said as she started padding away through the bushes; back towards camp.
