Kaliona looked after him. She shook her head and put her head on her paws, wishing for the warmth and comfort of her brother.

Kaliona knew that what they both needed was some space. She got up, feeling super-homesick. She walked over to the border between the two territories.

She pricked up her ears. She was hearing Buck's voice. She shook her head and turned to look over the distance.
"Kaliona."
She jumped. She knew that voice, she knew it since she was a cub.
"Kaliona."
It was KEFIR! Her brother was here. She saw him coming out of the ferns near the tree she was standing by. She rushed to him and nuzzled him, tears pouring down her cheeks.

"I missed you so much." Kaliona let her tears soak into his mane. He nuzzled her. "its alright." he whispered to his sister. "What are you doing here?" she asked. "Nothing, I just had to visit you." he said.

Kefir raised an eyebrow; he was very protective of his sister. She had just told him what he did and Kefir was prepared to fight Buck to the death.
But Kaliona hadn't noticed the sudden hostility from her brother. She was happy again. She nuzzled Buck back.
"I love you too."

Kefir saw Buck looking at Kaliona's belly.
"Buck, can I talk to you in private for a sec?" he asked.

"Kaliona just told me what you did to her." Kefir said, a hint of a growl in his voice. "If I ever see you hurting her again, I'll make you wish you'd never been born."
