Sydney ignored her brother and buried her face in her pillow, muffling her sobs.

Solo slammed his door, and paced the floor, something he did when he was mad. He snarled and punched the wall leaving a huge hole in it.

Their father, a kindly man in his late forties, by the name of John (random name XD), sighed and stood up from the couch. He was use to his kids usual fights. But he had a soft spot for Sydney and walked over to her door and knocked "Sydney?" he asked softly.

"GO THE HE** AWAY SCOTTY." Sydney barked, thinking it was her brother.

"Sydney, it's me, Scotty's in his room... and I think he just punched a hole in the wall..." her father sighed.

"Well good for him. I hope he broke his hand!" Sydney growled from behind the door, on her bed.

The Solo Hero · **Posted:** Sat Oct 22, 2011 9:15 pm

He opened her door and walked in, "Sydney what happened? You only fight with your brother like this when something awful has happened?

Egg · **Posted:** Sat Oct 22, 2011 9:16 pm

"Nothing, it's nothing." She growled, glaring at her father.

The Solo Hero · **Posted:** Sat Oct 22, 2011 9:20 pm

"I know you're lying, Sydney. What happened?" he repeated.

"There were just a bunch of mean girls, and...It's nothing dad! Just...go make dinner or something..." Sydney groaned.

The Solo Hero · **Posted:** Sat Oct 22, 2011 9:29 pm

John sighed and stood up "Alright Sydney." he turned and walked out closing the door behind him.

Sydney huffed, putting in her earphones and turning on some music, then opening her book and began reading it again.

The Solo Hero · **Posted:** Sat Oct 22, 2011 9:32 pm

Solo lay on his bed listening to his heavy metal music, turning his radio up a little more.

What hurts the most, was bein' so close, and havin' so much to say, and watchin' you walk away and never knowin' what could'a been and not seein' that loving you is what i was tryin' to do...
Sydney sang along quietly, before looking at the clock and groaning; almost dinner time.

The Solo Hero · **Posted:** Sat Oct 22, 2011 9:42 pm

A song started and he turned of the radio and picked up his guitar, he started to play his favorite part of his song and sing along to it. Only when I stop to think about you,I know, Only when you stop to think about me, do you know? I hate everything about you. Why do I love you?
You hate everything about me, Why do you love me? he sang to his own guitar.

Dinner was soon ready, and Sydney was drug out of her room by their father. She sat quietly at the table, glaring down at her food.
