I guess no one has ever taught you what a hypothetical situation is.

Dealing with this as a hypothetical situation, I'd like to see something about Balto's dad. Either that or a run-in with Jenna's parents (awkward).

Oh so many possibilities. But I have one idea. This is based in part on Arctic folklore.

THE LEGEND

"Rumors and Inuit folklore tell a tale of a ghostly frozen ship. Just as a red morning sky causes a seasoned sailor to feel superstitiously uneasy, the sign of the Octavius would make him tremble...

The Arctic is both a winter wasteland and wonderland, full of snow, ice, endless day, endless night, and tales of sea monsters, icy kingdoms, and a frozen waterway that links them all together...and the chilling specter that sails its waters.

It is said that the Octavius was a fine merchant ship. It would only be in Her Majesty's Service for a couple of years. The ship's background is that the Octavius departed from London, England loaded with cargo bound for China, in the year 1761. The ship would have to take a long route around Cape Horn but it did successfully arrive at its destination the following year. The journey home would be a long and exhausting one. Pressed for time and succumbing to pressure, the captain made a drastic decision: he gambled on a return trip through the treacherous and then little known Northwest Passage. His rudimentary maps showed the route that was fabled to exist. But the Northwest Passage was a waterway that sailors feared due to its unchartered blankness.

The Octavius did not succeed. It failed to navigate the waters quickly with the unfortunate consequence of having the ship trapped in sea ice north of Alaska.

Then, silence... No one knew of the ship's fate but stories continued and crazed sightings began.

The story of the lost ship only continued unabated until several years later. It had been some time since anyone had heard word from or even sighted the Octavius. It was assumed that she had been overtaken by the Arctic and was lost along with her crew at the bottom of the northern seas."

THE PRESENT

1926. Bering Strait.
The icebreaker ship "Voldivya" has just disappeared. A man washes ashore in Nome, Alaska. He is nearly dead. Before dying, he is raving mad, shouting about a "red light of a ship" and a name "Octavius". What's more is that the "Voldivya" is the third ship to disappear this month.


And that's all I have at the moment. I'm still working on it XD

Dosen't anybody think that the rest of the pup be together and Alue coming home?
That will make a nice move with a happy ending.

The other movies did have happy endings tho.

In the real world, puppies get sold or given away to other homes, and don't routinely "stay together". And it is clearly the case in Wolf Quest. Why in the world would anyone want to change that? They all appear to live in homes in (or near) Nome. That, frankly, seems to be more than enough to suit me.


As to Aleu (A-L-E-U) "coming home", why would they destroy the character's nature, as written for Wolf Quest, and her entire motivation, by shifting to a completely different motivation and violating what has been established for her? How does that do any credit to the character or the previous story? All it does is sate fans like yourself who cannot come to grips with what has been established for the character, and that it was an ending for her storyline...a bookend. And a happy one for her. Time to move on. Let her go. Seriously. Her story has been told.

I got it all planned out.It would be about Balto going to visit Aleu and her pack to see if she is doing alright,and running into his father,Blaze,on the way.Blaze would then reveal Balto's past-when Balto was a pup,Blaze's evil owner came back to get Blaze,who ran away before,back,and he shot and killed Aniu,also capturing Blaze.Balto's other siblings,Jewel,Dingo,Kylie,Ringo,and Sandy,ran away.Years later,Blaze escaped again and got a home in the wild.

Now knowing his past,Balto sets out to Aleu's pack.However,he soon realizes that a certain malamute and wolf are after him.Yes,indeed,Steele,who escaped Nome after being outcasted by his former friends,and Niju,who ran away from his old pack territory,have teamed up to get revenge on Balto.The two attack Balto and Aleu(Niju mostly wants to get revenge on Aleu),but the heroic wolfdog fights them off.

The movie also revolves around the Kodi x Dusty pairing.However,it is sort of a love triangle between Ralph x Dusty x Kodi.

Why can't we just leave Aleu out of a Balto 4?

I honestly think this topic is at the verge of being a candidate for a lock. Why? Because most of the Balto 4 ideas seem to revolve around Aleu.

Well,my idea isn't JUST about Aleu.It also involves meeting Balto's father,learning his past,Steele coming to get revenge,and the Kodi x Dusty x Ralph pairings,as well as the trio coming back.

See?There's a lot going on in that movie besides Aleu.Actually,I always thought that I'd only have Aleu onscreen for maybe,like,10-15 minutes,and 7 of those minutes would be the fight scene between Balto,Steele,and Niju.

But,if you really want me to,I can take the Aleu part out and just have Balto meeting his father while he's out on a race.Maybe Aleu IS a bit overused.

Your story itself makes no sense at all. It goes from Balto going to see Aleu, to all this other stuff. It just seems like a bunch of stuff heaped onto itself.

I think that would be better for a series.. a different 30 minute episode each week lol

A bookend has been put onto Aleu's storyline by the writers of Balto 2: Wolf Quest. It was capped. Ended. There was no open end or even trace thread left to imply that anyone would be going back to Aleu's pack at any point. None.

I don't get this obsession some fans have with Aleu's continued story, especially when it flies in the face of what has been established already. Established, played out, and ENDED.

Like I said,if you want,I'll remove the Aleu part,and change it to Balto meeting his father during a race.
