((I think I'm gonna have Jinks have a crush on Steven x3 Cuz' I'm evil aha))


Jinks fallowed indifferently, she looked at all the dogs’ faces. Each of them different, each of them calm and hard. She wondered if her face was as calm and collected, or if she was simply scowling. Jinks could never tell the difference. Though she found her eyes traveling to Steven’s face the most. Jinks shook her head in awe of what was over coming her. Her silvery pelt shined brilliantly in the snow’s reflective light as they came into town. Jinks noticed the empty wasteland of a once lively town but she felt no pity for the humans. They all got out safely, so she assumed everyone was fine. Jinks rolled her shoulders and found she was staring at Steven, again! What was this strange feeling that swept through her stomach and over her chest? Jinks didn’t like it; it felt like both fear and longing, and she didn’t like either of those emotions in themselves. Jinks tore her eyes away from Steven and looked at the dormant houses. She perked her ears and twitched them at every sound. A strange sound caught her attention; she swerved her ears and turned her head away from the group and onto a house across the street. She focused hard and finally made sense of the strange sound. At first she couldn’t believe her ears, she needed to see it. Jinks trotted away from the group and over to the house. Its doors were wide open, Jinks sniffed and wet in hesitantly. She stepped carefully and heard the pitiful whine of a human pup. She fallowed her ears to a small room on the second floor. The room was cramped and compact, but it was warm in there. On a large mattress, curled up in a heap of rugs was a sniffling human pup. The girl had olive colored skin and dark almond shaped eyes. She lifted her head at the approach of Jinks and yelled in surprise. Jinks back up suddenly and they bother stared at each other ‘I need to tell someone’ Jinks thought of Steven immediately but pushed the thought away, she’d tell Maxwell "Stay here” Jinks ordered, but the girl just blinked. Jinks sighed and took off wishing humans were able to understand her. She ran out of the house but paused as she came back to the group. Everything inside her screamed for her to go to Steven, so she did. "Um, Steven?” She asked shyly, what was wrong with her? "Can you come check this thing out with me?” Jinks looked at hr paws, feeling lucky she couldn’t blush.

"Nah, she's just got a temper," said Color to Steven. "I don't think she means to be mean. I mean, no one is born mean so..." He saw Jinks coming towards Steven, and he backed off quietly, a small little smile on his muzzle. He went over to Maxwell who was in one of the buildings, sniffing around before getting comfortable. Color laid the doll in front of Maxwell and laid down across from him. "I found it," he said.

Maxwell looked from Color to the doll and sniffed it carefully. "A human doll..." Though normally good-natured about this, even Maxwell was sharing Mishka's same thoughts. "I don't mean to be mean when I ask this Color... but why did you pick this up?"

"I thought..." Color took a deep breath. "I thought if we found the humans again, I would give the doll to the human missing it. They got out of here in a hurry, and this human must be missing their toy. And... y'know I just wanted to." Laying his head down on his paws, Color sighed. "Is it wrong to want to do that for a human? After they left us?"

Maxwell shook his head. "Do what your heart tells you to do." His ears rose and he limped over to the door. "Everyone! Gather here!" he barked loudly, afraid that everyone would split off and go into different buildings. He wanted to keep everyone together. Though he had a feeling Mishka would refuse to join them out of spite. He didn't want to argue more with her. If she didn't want to come along because she was stubborn, that was fine. But he really wanted the others to stay put too.

Jinks felt a strange jolt rush through her a Steven’s voice, she pinned her ears back embarrassed suddenly and looked towards the building with he human pup “Fallow me” She said quietly, Jinks bounded towards the house, not checking to see if Steven was fallowing. She slipped quietly up the stares and noticed the warm temperature in the house. Humans had it easy, they lived in very plush dens and it was always warm in them for some reason. Jinks padded to the small room and pushed the door open by thrusting her nose in a small crack. She saw the young female pup still wrapped in her plush mattress. Jinks now looked back at Steven to check if e was there, he was “I found her and I thought…” Jinks’s quiet voice trialed off, she looked at her paws and lashed her tail with confusion “I don’t know what I thought…” She decided meeting Steven’s eyes.

Red wasenjoying the journey into town he loved playing in the snow.he wasnt paying mjch attention to the other dogs and what was going on with them he was to interested in the smells and the houses. He was venturing off until Maxwell called everyone to one area. He trotted towards the Maxwell then heard Steven say something about a human pup. His heart instantly sunk knowing how fragile human pups were. He knew it didnt stand a chance but maybe if all the dogs helped.......

Personality: To most Relena is very harden and for one cannot stand any sort of weakness or bellyaching from her team. In fact at one point, she used to have a superiority complex because she loves the challenge that would come to her. However though she has one problem and that she cries when no one is around so in any case most could call her a bipolar dog but when the time comes, she is a team player and would be the most loyal dog if the layers are peeled back.
History: Relena had her starts as fighting dog. Huskies, in her town were bred purposely for their large sizes and would tend to bring in the money just on the violence alone. Everyday, she was fighting and husky after husky she learned to enjoy it until she had to face her brother and kill him ultimately. A year went by until the police built up enough evidence and by that time she was so broken, she was almost put to sleep until a sledder found her. Even now, some of the dogs fear her for the mood swings she expresses

"A human... pup?" Maxwell was unsure of how to react to this at first. He was a male, he did not understand the sentimental value of pups. In his six year life, he had sired many pups with many females, but had never had the chance to meet them. So at first he did not understand what was so troublesome about them finding a human pup even if it was a human child and not one of his own pups. And then he grew fearful. What of Mishka? He knew right away the female's temperament would not be safe for a child. In his mind, though he did want to give Mishka a chance possibly to redeem herself, he was still afraid she would go after the child.

Color stepped forward, the doll still hanging from his mouth. "A human pup?" Color began whining. At his old home, his owners had lots of children around. Though Maxwell did not really understand, Color did. "Where's the pup?" he asked Steven immediately, all seriousness in his tone. He loved pups, human ones especially. He was not about to let this one die of the frost.

Jinks nodded slowly “Yes, it’s a human pup” She said answering Maxwell’s confused tone. She glanced quickly at Steven then began trotting over to the house “This way” Jinks said softly. The inside of the home smelt safe and it was still plenty warm, Jinks panted at the temperature change. She glided up the stairs and pushed the door open again. The human pup shivered at the sight of Jinks, her dark eyes wide with fear. “You see, Color?” Jinks said not taking her eyes off of the beautiful girl. Jinks hesitantly took a few steps forward but the girl let out a cry and Jinks stepped back. Jinks felt protective of the girl, though, she didn’t know why.

Red followed Jinks to the human house. He didn't know what to expect, but he didn't want the human pup to be hurt. He followed Jinks up the stairs the warmth of the house was comforting to him and knew the human pup was probably fine temperature wise. He wasn't sure how they could help this pup but just hoped she would be alright.
