My Little Pony Is Overhyped!

"Sweet And Elite" was REALLY good, I loved it. Fancypants was likeable, nice to see a Canterlot pony outside the Princesses who is a geuninely good person. I loved the song and overall, it was a good episode. And anypony else notice Fluttershy actually playing with some animals in the Canterlot garden? Looks like she finally got her wish.

The only thing I didn't like about Sweet and Elite was the ending. It just felt kind of rushed like in the last episode. And Rarity did get away with some of her lies, like the one about Opal, and about Rainbow Dash being the Wonderbolt's trainer. I felt like she should've gotten caught or have her lies backfire on her until she told the real truth, which she did eventually say in the end, but she didn't take back all the little lies she said. That's all I'm saying.

Other then that, it was AWESOME! We got to see another side of Canterlot other then around the castle, which is so cool! And of course Rarity was the star so it had to be good. XD

I agree there. I wish she learned a lesson from most of the lying. Even though she DID learn it by the other 5 showing up. xD

But she still should of learned it by them finding out she lied, especially about Opal.

^ Maybe she learned it offscreen? It's easy enough to assume afterall.

Also, did anyone notice that three of the mane cast got their Gala fantasy fulfilled?

Rarity met a high society stallon that behaved like a proper gentleman towards her. Sure, no love interest was implied, but Fancypants still treated her like she expected Blueblood to, like a lady, and geuinely liked her for who she is.

Fluttershy befriended some of the garden animals.

And Pinkie got to throw a big party for her friends in the Canterlot ballroom and actually have fun at the second biggest Canterlot party of the year. Pretty good day for her really.

^ This topic, according to the first post and even the title, is about how crazed the fans have gotten. Seeing how far this topic has gone into about nothing more than episode reviews is exactly what Nikkifan1 is talking about. You want to review episodes? That's fine, but in it's OWN topic. This one is more to explain why you like it if you do, and discussing why it's gotten so popular.
