Tric shrugged when Vivid apologized about not finding him earlier. "It's fine." He gave a chuckle. "I found you guys anyways, so no harm done." He flashed another brilliant smile, then let his face slowly desend into a normal expression before he continued, "Besides, it would have held you back if you guys had tried to backtrack. As you said, you've been relocating like crazy. You did it for a reason and I'm glad I didn't get in the way." He let a smile come again, ever so faintly, and turned his head to Raze now.

As he lifted his fist to suggest their old time bumping of the clenched hands, Tric had to give a laugh of delight at the gesture and the joke. Once he had come back, he felt renewed. On his own, he wasn't exactly sure he could ever return to a happy state, but now he was sure he had been wrong. "Don't worry," he replied, as he brought his own fist and clashed it with Raze's, sending both their wrists flying backwards in a gentle motion. "I was about to say to keep those needles to yourself," he joked, and then turned to yet another one of his friends. Winter.

"Hey, Winter!" He greeted. He wasn't sure what else to say, so he just tilted his head a bit and continued, "Why don't you come over here?" He made his sentence drag off a bit so as to say 'C'mon, I have to finish that sentence without the others hearing' or at least something close to it. With that, he leaned back against the wall to rest his aching body. He hadn't stopped moving for days. Though, his shoulders and neck were tense. He wasn't smiling anymore.

Like Wrath had felt a bit further away, Tric could sense something was up. Something was out of place. Something was wrong.

Winter shifted closer. While glad to see Tric again, it was a bit awkward. He had been gone for quite a while, after all, and it was a bit weird seeing him again. She noticed the almost distant expression on his face. "Is something wrong?" she asked, tilting her head slightly.

Raze laughed at Tric's comical comeback with Raze's needles, but then tensed as he saw Tric and Wrath had before. "What's wrong?" he asked in a hushed tone, unsure of the commotion.

Velmyra rolled her eyes at Fury. "We don't destroy them." she corrected harshly. "We study them, analyze their abilities and what allows them to do those abilities, then we humanely dispose of them." she added quickly, "There's a difference."

Tric looked thoughtful for a moment as he tried to think why his upper body was so tight. Why was he tensed and ready to pounce on someone? He knew something was wrong. He could feel it down to his bones. But what was it?

This was nagging and nagging at his head and he couldn't stand it. Thunder would be rumbling any minute if he kept it up, but he noticed his growing agitation and made sure not to get out of control. To answer their question, he used a calmer tone than how he actually felt, being as Winter and Raze were his friends and he didn't want to upset them in any way. "I'm not sure, but... I know something's wrong. I can feel it..." he trailed off, not sure where his own sentence was going.

"For some reason, I feel danger. Or something being off... something's not right... And I don't know what it is. And I don't know how to find out with getting us all possibly caught." He said grimly.

Then he shrugged again, at the same time trying to release the knots in his muscles. "I guess I should just leave it, huh?"

Vivid offered Tric a look of worry. "If you want to check it out, I'll go with you." Since she could teleport out of danger, it would be safe for her to come along, but what if the others were found...?

Raze nodded. "If you want to go, Vivid can go with you. I should stay here with the others."

"If you guys go, I'm going to," Winter said softly. Though her words were quiet, she raised her chin stubbornly, her blue eyes daring anyone to argue.

Tric thought about this possibility and eventually nodded. It did actually sound like a good plan. No one else had to get caught. If they ended up stumbling upon SAAND or a team similar to them, Vivid would be able to teleport out of their with a simple use of her powers, and if Tric couldn't get away himself, he'd let them take him and then he'd escape later. He'd lead them off their trail and go the opposite way he knew they were headed. This would all be on purpose until he could find them again. That was only if they happened to fall across SAAND and he couldn't get away fast enough, though, he reminded himself.

This wasn't a suicide mission to try and get himself caught. He looked up at Vivid then back to Raze and added to the nod, "I think that's a good idea." He stood up and cracked his neck once he did. It was a forced habit. He then set his gaze upon Vivid as if waiting for the okay to go.

Just then, though, Winter announced she was going too. What about her? Tric mused. How would she escape? Oh well. If things did end up getting messy, he'd let himself be a distraction. He hoped things wouldn't come to that, but if they did, that the others would understand his plan and run (or in Vivid's case, teleport) for their lives to another relocation spot. "Alright, then," he said while looking at Winter. He turned his gaze to Vivid again.

Death walked back to the team. "Vivid. Tric. Can I go with you two?" She asked. She always wanted to tag along with wherever some of the Arc members were going. The wolf walked alongside her.

Raze nodded in agreement to Wrath's point. Then, he turned to Death. "I think you should stay here with me." he said. "Wrath is right; only a few should go."

Vivid noticed Alexandria's concerned expression and position and she couldn't shroud her curiousity. She knew what was bothering her; her and Dante were hardly ever apart. "Alex," she said, offering a small grin, "He's okay. I know it."

Tric would have said something, but he was glad Raze said it for him. He wouldn't have known how. He puffed out a breath of relief and searched the alleyway with his eyes. He was making sure there was nothing around them at the moment. Or at least trying to see something if it was there. There didn't seem to be anything.

Although he still had that bad feeling in his gut. The one that was screaming 'Something's wrong!' He had to ignore it. In fact, he had to test it. He looked back at Vivid and Winter and gave them a clear gaze. He paired along with it the words, "Alright. You guys coming?" But behind that was a hidden question. 'Are you sure you want to come? It could be dangerous and I don't want you guys to get hurt because of me.'

He looked towards the front, though, before continuing. He looked back again as he began to walk before calling back, "We'll be back!" ...And under a muttered breath, "I hope..."

Death looked down at the ground sadly. Raze always let her tag along with the team. Not this time, apparently. "All right." She finally agreed after about 2 seconds. She then went and sat in the corner.

"I'm coming," Winter replied, seeing the message within her eyes. A small note of stubborness lingered in her voice. She wouldn't stay just because they were in danger. They were in danger every day, for goodness' sake! She followed Tric, barely catching the words, "I hope..." murmured under his breath.

Winter's blue eyes glimmered with what she hoped looked like optimism. "We'll be fine, Tric. Hope is good, but there isn't a reason for it this time. We will come back."
