"Pretty much, you four work on getting Katie ready, we'll work on Kodi, that's our job," said Sakak.
"Wait...what about the Northern Lights?" asked Balto. "I think I know what you mean but how do we use it?"

Tai chuckled. "When Mama and Papa told us how they met, they said something about Papa making the Northern Lights on the hill! Maybe we could do that!"
Belladonna chuckled. "Believe me, it is a very nice job."
Jenna smiled, thinking about the idea. "It could work, Balto."

"Yeah...but Kodi's done an awful thing...I don't want it to go unpunished," said Balto. "I love Kodi, but if he's not punished, he'll never learn and it could happen again."
"Actually, that's our job," said Sakak. "We're giving him a bit of bad luck to teach him a lession, we won't hurt him, just make him realize how good he had it."

"Let me tell you," Belladonna breathed. "Your son is so stubborn. We tried earlier to try and get through to him, but he just wouldn't listen." she said, looking exasperated. She leaned into Pakak, worried. "Are we forgetting anything? I think there was something else we were told..."
Jenna nodded, as if she completely understood it. "All my kids are like that. It's in the genes."

Sakak gave it thought and nodded. "Oh yeah, someone else is going to try and catch Katie on the rebound."
Cachen cocked his head. "Huh? What's that mean?"

Belladonna nodded, sighing. "That's what I thought it was. We have to prevent him from making any moves on her." she said, a little concerned.
Jenna looked shocked, and turned to Cachen. "Just knwo someone's trying to make Momma his mate. And we can't let that happen."

"But Belladonna, you know we're forbiddon from messing UP love, good spirits aren't allowed to," said Sakak. "Only putting it back together, think you guys can try to handle that part?"
Balto nodded. "I think we can distract Katie long enough to set things back on track," he said. "Her mother intinct is to strong to allow anything to stop her from being with her pups if they need her."
Cachen nodded. "Yeah, momma will do anything for us."
Sakak nodded. "Alright then we'll get Kodi ready, you handle that," he said. "Shall we go, my dear?" he asked Belladonna.

Belladonna nodded. "I know that, but at least these four pups can distract her long enough." she said with a smile. "Now yes, let's go to it."
Tai tilted her head slightly. "Just what can we say to distract Mama?" she asked, ears lowered lightly.
Jenna nodded softly, smiling. "We can say anything to Momma. Like Cachen says, your Momma loves you too much to ignore you." she said, thinking.

"Ok, bye bye," said Lena, wagging her tail, grateful for their help. "Me and Tai could 'wander off', that normally gets mommas attention, just tell her we wondered off and you can't find us."

"I say both," said Balto. "We go looking for her and they go hide somewhere, but I'm a little worried they might get in trouble."
Sakak reappeared. "Well I have an idea that might help you do that," he said. "Belladonna, I know you and her still aren't best buds, but mind calling your cousin to help the pups stay safe? She did a good job last time."

Jenna nodded, smiling. "Yes... We search, find them, they run off to the hill- and who should be coming up the crest but Kodi."
Belladonna sighed, looking up at the skies. "I do not like ny cousin. But I don't want then getting hurt." she said, closing her eyes, opening a connection to Heaven. "Anabelle?"
"Well... What a sight! I didn't think you'd use a connection so soon." Anabelle said, appearing in a pool of ice water. "What do you need cousin?"
Belladonna sighed again, looking at the pups. "Well, let's just say there's trouble in paradise. We need you to watch over the pups..." she said, going into detail for her cousin, who seemed to grow angrier and angrier. The portal closed abruptly, and from the water came Anabelle. She did not look happy.

"Anabelle, no need for devine punishment on Kodi," said Sakak. "We're already on that," he said, then telepathically told her what they'd done so far.
Cachen walked up to Anabelle. "Anabelle, I'm glad to see you again, it's always nice to see old friends..." he said, trying to defuse the situation. "We're going to try and fix this, but we need you to help protect us...we're still just pups you know."
Lena looked to Belladonna. "Thanks...I know you two don't get along, but everyone who helps counts."

Anabelle nodded, smiling at the very thought of what they'd done to Kodi. "You know I would never dream of doing such a thing. But I can always be happy when karma kicks in, can't I?" she looked at Cachen and her face softened. "Of course. This is important, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten involved."
Belladonna waved it off, sighing. "Yeah, yeah... I understand. This is all for the greater good."
Jenna looked to Balto, worried. "This has got to work." she said, not wanting to see her grandchildren so upset. They needed a father.

Sakak nodded. "And we really enjoy doing the karmia kicking."
Cachen nodded. "I know, who knows what would happen if this isn't fixed." It'd actually effect quite a bit, even if they didn't know it. As Tina's ancestor was unborn and she'd effected the past so much, this could cause greater trouble than they realize.
Lena nodded. "And I'm glad you're a good girl now, you're much nicer," she said. "No offense, but you were REALLY scary when you were bad..." she explained, though Belladonna and Sakak were more neutral aligned by nature.
