"well, love, let's be off " Brady said cheerfully, as he began to trot out into the woods. He poked his nose to the ground and took a deep breath, inhaling all the scents of the ground. "Herd if Elk, That Away" He pointed his muzzle west. And began trotting, then burst into a run. He laughed, then spotted the herd, and slowed down. he pin pointed an old sick Elk, and closed in. the herd scattered, but the elder was to slow, he looked at Brady, his eyes saying Take me Now, please. And Brady did, quickly and quietly, and then They feasted.

Rii couldn't remember the last time she had eaten from a felled elk. After they ate, she sat back, licking her snout. She wiped at her face with her paw then shook out her fur.

Brady did the same, and shook his fur.
"Well, im glad that we put him out of his misery, poor Elk." Brady snuffled. And looked at Rii, more of a gaze, and smiled.

Rii was looking at the elk, simply because that's where her eyes fell. She glanced up at him, noticing his gaze on her. "What?" she smiled.

"Hm? Oh, sorry for my stare, just, admiring." Bradu answered. He was thinking about his siblings and his puphood, how he missed playing in the open feilds with them. He remembered the fire, and watching them burn, and running more than he had ever run before. His thoughts were interrupted by a flock of geese flying above.

Rii's ear flicked and she rose to her paws, staring up at the birds with sparked interest. The hunting dog in her kept her eyes on the birds.

Brady followed her gaze to the birds, and wondered. he didn't know anything about her past.

"Rii? Is there something you wanna say?"

Rii's ear twitched and she looked over at him. "Well, not...really." She flicked her tail. "The birds just catch my attention. Since..im part hunting dog unfortunately."

"haha, would you like to...Hunt.. them?" Brady didn't really know what the problem was, until he thought about the incident a couple of days ago with the trap.
"Oh, Rii, the thing with the trap, you don't think im wary about liking you for that do you?" Brady moved closer, and looked into her tri-colored eyes.

Rii looked down at her paws. "It's just," she flicked her tail. "A lot of hunting dogs go out with their humans to hunt wolves...and i hate it, because im part hunting dog." she explained. "It makes me feel like a traitor to wolves."

"Well, as long as you don't grow fingers and shoot me to death, then i am perfectly fine with who you are." Brady Licked rii's snout, and chuckled. "It must be hard, hanging around something you would normally would hunt for a prize right? hah, i'd be worth much money i'll bet!!" Brady joked, and laughed.

Rii giggled when he licked her snout. "Oh yea, hotshot," she smirked. "You'd be worth a lot." she laughed with him.

"But," Brady stopped smiling, pretending to get serious. "You, wouldn't hunt me, would you pretty girl?" He smiled, and then closed his eyes to listen to the woods. He heard a twig snap, and he snapped out of his daydream. Brady spun his head around to see a bid black bear behind a bush. "Rii, Run, we need to go. I mean, we need to go, like right NOW." Brady spun around and began to dash.

Rii turned and saw the bear and instantly started running. She was agile enough to avoid tripping over tree roots, and mostly kept up with Brady as they made their mad dash away from the bear.

The bear roared wit anger, as he saw his meal getting away, and began the chase. The bear began to gain, when Brady finally decided what he was going to do. he swerved around and jumped onto the bear, Brady bit into the bear's neck, and the bear roared with frustration, and swatted Brady down. he stepped onto Brady's chest and his eyes nearly popped out of his head, and then Brady bit into the Bear's fat paw.
