Spyro nodded, glancing around at the stary void out of habit. "Alright, we'll seek you out when the danger comes." He replied. Suddenly he was awake, the remanents of his dream slowly fading. He looked down at Cynder sleeping peacefully beside him. 'I should tell her about my dream.' He thought. "Cyn--"
"Rise and shine!!! Everybody up!" Shouted Combustio.
Volteer's groan could be heard from one of the other rooms. "It's good that he's an early riser, but must he wake the rest of us up too?"

Suddenly, the temple shook. "What was that?" asked Cynder, jumping awake.
Ember ran in. "Everyone! There are snake...things attacking the temple!"
Terrador ran to a balcony, seeing the small army of monsters attacking. "It can't be...Naga?"

Spyro immediately jumped to his paws, bracing himself for a fight. 'The danger has come sooner than I expected.' He thought.
Combustio lowered himself closer to the ground, also bracing himself for a fight. His tail twitched with excitement at the thought of a good fight, this was his chance to show off his skills and show the creatures who's boss. "Bring it on, you guys ain't takin' the temple today or any other day." He hissed under his breath.
Volteer went and stood beside Terrador. "What do you want us to do Terrador?" He asked the Earth Guardian. Volteer usually relied on Terrador for answers, since the earth dragon was closest to Ignitus and the closest thing to second in command when Ignitus was alive.
Hunter grabbed his bow and slung his quiver over his shoulder, he kept an arrow at the ready incase he would need to shoot. The cheetah warrior stayed close to the guardians, thinking that the Naga would have to go through them before getting to the younger dragons...Or worse the nursery.

"Spyro, Cynder, you two are the strongest, protect the nusery directly," said Terrador. "The rest of us will try to hold them back, any that make it past us are up to you."
Cynder nodded. "Let's go Spyro!" she called, running that way.
"Masters, what are those things?" asked Ember, looking at the Naga.
"Naga, they're known in our legends as ancient evil beings," said Cyril. "Why they returned, I have no idea."

Spyro nodded and followed Cynder to the nursery. He knew that they had to protect the eggs at all cost, for they were the future and survival of the dragon race. Silently he wondered why they chose to attack the temple, exactly what evil were they plotting? He had no idea, but he was determined to stop them before they carried out any evil plan they may have had.

Cyril took off and flew down, freezing several Naga with his ice breath.
Terrador flew up and curled into a ball, surrounding himself in a boulder and turning himself into a wrecking ball, smashing through the horde.
Ember flew down and blasted any Naga she found with fire.
"Spyro...you didn't seem suprised, did you have a vision of this?" asked Cynder, remembering the visions he'd had years ago.

Hunter fired arrows at the Naga horde.
Combustio flew into the air, gliding into the small army of Naga and breathing a strong flame at a few of them.
Spyro looked into Cynder's eyes. "The Chronicler came to me in a dream. He told me that something I am unfamiliar with is about to transpire, he told me that it may be my deadliest challenge yet...He said we had to seek him out on White Isle after we faced this new enemy." He explained.

Cynder nodded, putting a paw on his shoulder. "Well no matter what, I'll be by your side the entire time," she said, smiling. They reached the nursery and she looked in, at their egg. "...I hope its ok...I don't know what I'd do if something happened to our little egg."

"Uh guys, I know this is touching, but we've got snake people!" yelled Sparx, NAga slithering down the hall their way.

Spyro growled and stood protectively in between the egg and the snake creatures that were heading towards them. He drew in a deep breath and tried to cool his thoughts as best he could before releasing icy shards from his jaws, hoping this would slow down a few of them.

Several Naga were frozen solid, the others shattering them to get past them.
Cynder snarled. "Listen here you Naga! Leave! My! Baby! Alone!" she yelled and pounced on the nearest monster, ferally assaulting it.
"Wow...Cynder is a mama bear, huh?" asked Sparx.

Spyro didn't answer Sparx's comment. He rushed forward and barreled into a few Naga, he wasn't about to let them take their egg.
Combustio was taken down by a few of the Naga. "Gah, Ember help!" He half pleaded, half growled.

Cynder slew a few Naga, causing them to burst into crystals as always. She blasted them back with Poison. "These things are kind of tough.

Spyro absorbed some of the crystals from the Naga he had slain.
"Yeah, thanks." Replied Combustio and he continued fighting.
