Connor scratched his chin."Not much actually. After the snowstorm I stayed home with my mom for the most part. Though I did spend quite a lot of time hiding my owners clothes for fun."

"Splitting may not be such a good idea. I've never been here before, and the snow hides alot of scents. We could get lost pretty easily," Laika said.
"I have to agree with that," Cato said gruffly.
Kiera laughed quietly. "What was his reaction to that?" she inquired.

"No, it's your stomach's fault," Laika said teasingly.
"In other words, it's your fault," Cato muttered irritably. "Let's just hunt, shall we?" he said.
Kiera felt her face warm, but not from embarrassment. From the feeling of surprise and...pleasure. "Don't be," she said softly. She leaned forward, pressing her muzzle into his thick fur, breathing in his scent that now seemed almost intoxicating. The action was out of character for the normally soft-spoken, seemingly shy dog, but she did it nonetheless.

Dan sighed and shook his head at the two."Ok,ok. Im going" he chuckled and started walking.
Connor was nothing short of stunned at this. After regaining some control again, he looked at her and found himself smiling, he took a small breath and took in her scent.

Dan looked around for a trail. He noticed a small mound of snow a few feet away from him. It looked like it had been disturbed recently.
Connor looked at the ground, ears hanging low with embarrasment."So...Uh..." he stuttered.

Connor's embarassment was somewhat a reflection of Kiera's own feelings. Of course, her embarassment was mixed with confusion, and the odd, light feeling in her heart accompanied by a warm rush. Is this what love feels like?
A small hint of a scent was blown towards Laika, born on a swift, surprisingly chilly breeze. It brought back memories of the night before, and a shiver ran down her spine. She shook the thoughts away mentally, and concentrated on the scent. Immediatly, her eyes brightened, and she began following it.

Connors mind was running in circles.What happened? And why? He noticed an equally confused look in Kieras eyes. Connor wrecked his brain trying to find something to say,anything to brake the silence."You smell nice" he blurted out, mentally slapping himself in the face.
Dan hunched down and crept towards it. When he was close he enough he took a deep breath and dived into the snow-mound. Two seconds later he lifted his head, a limp rabbit in his jaws. He displayed a proud smile.
