The trees soon enveloped Sadie, and she breathed in deeply, enjoying the calm atmosphere. Her eyes closed, only to fly open again. She tensed, a familiar scent on the air. But, Ai is dead... she thought, taking a step backwards.

Sadie briefly considered going back, but decided against it. She would only have to explain herself, and she didn't want to worry Rio, or Ryan. So she took small steps, jumping in surprise everytime she snapped a twig, or the leaves rustled. She kept picturing the battlefield, and Ai, her eyes cold and harsh. Finally, she decided to head back. The stress was too much. As she turned around, she saw a flash of tan fur. She ran.

"It was nothing," Sadie panted. "I just thought I heard something."

"It was nothing, Ri. Seriously. I just heard something, and started imagining things. I'm fine," Sadie said.

"Oh okay then." Rio said.

"I am going to take a walk myself." He said, and trotted off.

Ooc: - Uhh, Is the "Ri" thing a typo or is it just what Rio is called now? xD Or did you just get lazy.

Ooc:// It's a nickname, actually. I planned on only using it that one time, before. The one in my last post was a typo, sorry.

Sadie considered warning him against it, but decided not to. It would bring up more questions, and she wasn't sure she could deflect them.

I hope he'll be okay, Sadie thought. She stood up. "I'll be back in a second. Ryan, can you watch the pups?"

Sadie was soon gone, following Rio. She soon spotted him, his ears twitching, a look of concentration upon his face, as if he was listening hard. "Rio?" she asked softly.
