"Nice to meet you, Brokefang. I'm Sabyr," she greeted. "We smelt blood, an dthought someone might be hurt, so we decided to search for the source," she added, answering his question.

After Hilop saw the long conversation, he decided to reveal himself. "It's my blood you smell" he said emerging from the bushes, leg bleeding from the bite. His eyes glowed yellow to reveal his night vision but night was fading fast. Hilop turned his head to Brokefang. "Catch anything?" he asked.

"Who are you?" Sabyr asked. SHe was alone owlf by nature, but she didn't mind a company of one or two wolves. She was lucky to have managed to be around three, FOur, was too uch to ask, and she stepped backwards.

He turned his head to the female. "The name is Hilop"he said. " A loner who is starting up a pack" He said. He turned his head back to Brokefang, learning that he didn't catch anything. He sighed. "Well try again twomarrow" He told Brokefang.

Sabyr hesitated. Even though she preferred only a small company, a pack would be better than sleeping in the rain most nights. "THis pack of yours," she began,"Would you mind if I was part of it?"

Well you are pretty lucky to ask" He said. "because i am in search of wolves to join"he said. He turned his head to the pup and the other female. " You two can join also" He said, he turned and headed to the den.

'Thanks," Sabyr called. She wondered if she shoud follow him, or just stay where she was.

Hilop motioned his tail for them to all come. He sniffed the air for predators.

Brokefang nodded respectfully as the other wolves passed him. He would be glad of their help tomorow if he was to get a deer for food. For the moment he looked around to make sure no one else was following them. He sat next to Sabyr and listened to what was happening next.

"Thanks." Seer bowed her head thankfully. "Thank you so very much." she padded after him.

Sabyr followed Seer, walking beside the younger canine.

Sylvie watched them walk away, her yellow eyes watching them every step. She padded away from Sabyr's cave and searched the ground for scents of a hare. Finding none, she walked through the bushes and sniffed the air uncertainly.

"C'mon!" Seer yipped to Sylvie, as she padded forwards, "Where do we go?" she asked, shaking her fur a little.

Sylvie glanced back at Seer. "I'd rather stay a loner." She said quietly. Sylvie turned her head back around and her ears perked up when she noticed a camouflaged hare near the roots of an old tree, nibbling on something. She shot towards it, and knocked it over easily. Killing it after a struggle, Sylvie dragged it away towards the shadows.

"Every wolf needs a pack. Not just for the hunt but for the family feeling as well." Brokefang said quietly.
