"It's pretty nice for a rundown little place." Endom said, testing the couch with his paws. Luckily, it didn't collapse with his weight.

"Better than a little hut, keeps us out of the wind and rain at least." As he points up to some of the wholes in the roof. "Might be a little leaky though."

"Maybe we can cover them up with some of these?" Endom asked, pulling some sheets out from under the couch.

The sheets had holes in them that rodent chewed threw. "You might want to take another look, those sheets have more holes in them then Swiss Cheese," Rusty said jokingly. "I don't think we need to worry about rain tonight," as he looks up to the stary sky through one of the holes in the roof.

Rusty looked at Endom that is odd there is a couch right here he though to himself. "Hey we have a couch and there is more than enough room for you. He jumped onto the couch and the springs crunched beneath him.

"The thing may collapse with my weight, I'm bigger then you are." Endom replied, smiling. "Plus, there's a nice little hole here where I can see lots of stars."

"Suit yourself, more room for me," as Rusty gets up to adjust one of the cushions on the old couch sunk into the couch and was on the floor. Rusty freaked out a little bit and jumped off the couch and landed on his bad paw he yelped in pain. "Guess I'll be sleeping on the floor as well."

Rusty walks over and plops himself right down next to Endom, "Guess you were right, we do have a wonderful view of the stars." Rusty lay there just starring off into space.

"Maybe six of seven," joked Rusty. He stared off into space reflecting on the actions of his day, "We had a long day."

Endom started singing again, more slow and soft, making the earlier version a more lullaby-like tune:
"When the war of the beasts brings about the world’s end The goddess descends from the sky Wings of light and dark spread afar She guides us to bliss, her gift everlasting
Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess We seek it thus, and take into the sky Ripples form on the water’s surface The wandering soul knows no rest.
There is no hate, only joy For you are beloved by the goddess Hero of the dawn, Healer of worlds
Dreams of the morrow hath the shattered soul Pride is lost Wings stripped away, the end is nigh
My friend, do you fly away now? To a world that abhors you and I? All that awaits you is a somber morrow No matter where the winds may blow
My friend, your desire Is the bringer of life, the gift of the goddess
Even if the morrow is barren of promises Nothing shall forestall my return."
