I think your talking about, cloneing? If so, yes it is. all you need is, DNA and a female husky or wolf. I won't go into details. Science class, you know. :lol:

Honestly i think i would rather go into their world. I think it would be better not to let anyanimated creature into our world. Besides all the voices, movements, etc. were controlled in the movie by the people who animated balto how would balto be able be able to think on his own? He just somehow came alive? that would creepy if you think about yet kinda cool at the same time.
