Tsuki didn't reply. She grabbed Valikyrie by the scruff of hhis neck and dragged him outside, coughing on the thick smoke. SHe dropped him. "RUn, don't turn back! You'll be trapped if you do!" she said, pulling her tail away from the close flames. She began to run, faltering as she coughed.

Tsuki struggled to keep up, the smoke fogging her gaze. She stumbled, then Valikyrie's image was swallowed by flames that closed in. SHe stood up, laying back her ears, her fur covered in soot. She coughed again, gasping for air. She looked at the flames helplessly, seeing no way out.

Tsuki coughed again, tumbling off his back, standing and running beside him again. "THanks Val," se managed to gasp out, still coughing weakly.

Tsuki didn't reply, coughing to much to speak coherently. She curled into a ball and retched, convulsing. A clear liquid came out, stinging her throat. The acidic remains of the smoke had finally left her system, leaving her gasping and wheezing. She uncurled.
"I'm fine Val," she said, letting out one ;ast cough.

Tsuki followed him, her ears pricked. The scent of caribou hit her nose, and she padded forward softly. She soon reached the source.
A slab of meat was just laying out on the ground. She pressed her ears to her scalp warily. What was this? She reached out her muzzle, snifing the meat. Nothing smelled wrong with it.
