Now, you got my end of the deal. Time for yours. Why don't you play with Jullian or Lia?"

Jullian yipped. "Sure!"

Russet sighed and walked over to Delilah. He licked her cheek. "So, I was thinking that with the pups, we haven't spent anytime with just us. Why not enjoy some time while they play?"

Russet looked at Dee. "She's sleeping, she'll be fine. She'll have friends in the valley, too."

Jullian thought for a moment. "How about racing?"

Jullian looked out to the small pond. "From the old pine tree over here to the close side of the pond."

Ruuset smirked, "Somewhere quiet, just the two of us."

"Ready.... set.... go!" Jullian yelled and bolted toward the pond.

"Alright, follow me." Russet whispered. He made it to a quiet, unknown den in the woods and led Delilah in. "Now that you've had the pups, I can do this...." Russet pinned Delilah.

Russet frowned. "I just thought, we could spend some time together, and bring some of our good memories back. I used to pin you down, remember?"

Jullian noticed Keano next to him and pushed forward, trying to get ahead. "Prepare to eat my dust!"

Russet licked Delilah's cheek and exhaled in content. He rolled over next to her and looked up at the ceiling. "You're a great mother Delilah, you've..... really been a great mom to them, and a great support when I'm down. Thanks..... I love you."

Jullian snorted, "You're going down!"
