You don't know anything about sled dogs, obviously, then. As Rebel said, wolfdogs are dangerous (despite what irresponsible 'wolfdog owners' will claim) and not fit to do work like that. They belong in the wild, not pulling someone's sled/being a pet. Plus.. it's Aleu.. rofl.

Haha, indeed. Proper mushers only choose the BEST dogs for their teams, and they just don't allow wolfdogs - with good reason. It takes much more than speed to pull a sled. And they want an animal they can trust and depend on rather than something that would just attack them or their other dogs for no reason.

And yes.. Aleu. xD

I doubt that. She's more of a whiner. She isn't strong in any way.

I think yes. Why everyone says she can't be a sled dog because she's a wolfdog? She is the same wolfdog as Kodi is, and Balto pulls a sled too, while he have even more wolf in him.
I think that she is fast and strong and would make a good leader too. If her life wouldn't go the way it did in the movie and she would be taken by humans then properly trained she could become a great sled dog.

@Everyone who thinks she'd be good at pulling a sled : Were we watching the same moive?

People keep saying "she's fast!" or "she's strong!". That's not all it takes to be a good sled dog. Who says she actually has those attributes anyway? Just because she ran away from home doesn't make her 'faster' than any other dog. Really, it makes her whiny and unable to confront her problems. I don't see the good in comparing Kodi and Aleu, either. They are two completely different characters. Kodi wasn't a complete stuck-up brat, Aleu was. ["B'aww! Daddy tried to protect me. I'm running away!!! /rage"]

The thing is, she's not meant for sled pulling.
She doesn't have the attitude,
ie Her running away when things didn't go her way, she'd face alot of hard trials during a long run and probally wouldn't do so well, and besides, she looks like a wolf.

Who in their right thinking minds would want to risk being bit? No one. (Before any of you say in the movie balto was a wolf, look at the second film, he doesn't have a "job" of any sort. They still don't trust him enough to risk it.)

^ This is an excellent point. The fact that Balto still doesn't have a job because he's half-wolf, and the mushers don't want to risk being bitten because he's a dangerous animal. Because wolfdogs are in reality, very dangerous and untrustworthy animals. I've already said that it takes much more than speed and strength to pull a sled, the dog has to be obediant, determined and hard-working. Sled dogging breeds have been bred specifically for that job - anything else would be pretty much useless.
