Ben ran with Aang. "How do you think it will react when I bring it to life?"

"Yeah it is." said Kevin. "Most people we've met from other worlds tried to kill us."

Hex's eyes glowed yellow and he blasted the guard aside with a blast of energy from his staff. "I told you to step aside." he said, looking up at the door. He spred his arms and his eyes glowed yellow again. The doors flew open and he walked in to the prison.

Aang replied, "I have no idea." He stopped beside the pile of bones.

Guards inside the building didn't pay attention to Hex as he passed. If he got through the front guards he must have authority here.

Ben looked at the bones. "I'd say there are three here." he said. "Can Appa carry us plus three baby Sky Bison or can they fly from birth?" he said. "Sorry if that's a dumb question, I've just never seen a Sky Bison before today."

Hex turned to the guard. "Where is the one they formerally dubbed the Fire Lord?" he asked.

"Yes, he can carry a lot of things at one time. Some sky bison do some don't. Appa started when he was born, but some don't." Aang said as he waited.

"You mean Ozai? Right in here. You must have been sent by Fire Lord Zuko to see how he is doing. Go on in." The guard stepped aside.

Ben nodded. "Alright Omnitrix, bring the Sky Bison's back to life." he said.

"Need protocol information, is this species estinct or critically endangered?" asked the Omnitrix.

"The latter, one known remaining member of the species." said Ben.

"Reason accepted, reanimation process begining." said the Omnitrix. It gave off a pulse of green energy. Once it touched the bones, they crackled with energy, slowly changing shape from adult to infant. Once the bones were the proper size, they began to regenerate the rest of the body. After roughly five minutes, three baby Sky Bison stood in front of them. "Reanimation process completed."

Hex walked into the cell and closed the door. He walked up to the dethrowned Fire Lord. "Are you the one previously known as Ozai?"

"Wow! It really worked!" Aang exclaimed. "I'll let Katara, Toph, and Sokka name them." He said as he motioned for the sky bison to follow him. Naturally following Air Nomad's orders from birth, they followed. When they reached Appa, one of the babies thumped his tail and flew onto the saddle. The other two couldn't fly yet. Appa looked at them, curious. Aang lifted the other two up on the saddle and got ready to leave.

"Two are female. Thats good." Katara said after looking at the baby sky bison. "Aang said we could name them." She said to Sokka and Toph. "I want to name this one Kya after my mother." Katara said, stroking one of the female's back.

"I know! This guy will be named Sokka! After me." Sokka said, grabbing the male and holding him up.

"Smooth Sokka." Toph said. "I'm naming her Dai Li, since she follows almost all orders." She said, pointing to a peach on the other side of the saddle. Dai Li ran over to the peach and dropped it at Toph's hands.

Gwen petted the Kya. "Cute." she said. "So this is what Appa used to look like." she said. "Right Aang?"

Ben looked at Appa. "I brought back them back to life." he said. "You're not the only Sky Bison anymore."

Kevin looked them over. "So these are the things the Airbenders learned their powers from?"

Aang leaned against Appa's head as they flew over oceans. "Yep, when I was five I got Appa assigned to me." As Ben talked to Appa, he roared happily. "And yes, the sky bison where the first Airbenders. And the nomads learned Airbending form them.

"So does that mean now that they're alive again, people will be able to learn Airbending from them like the originals did?" asked Gwen. "I mean surely some non-bending humans must have the ability to become Airbenders, they just never learned."

"IF its like mine and Gwen's powers, then it should be capable of being transfered through blood lines." said Kevin. "So thus anyone whose descended from an Airbender might have whatever factor they need to use it, just haven't learned how to do it." he said. "Its like how Gwen has her grandmother's powers but her parents, Ben's parents, and Ben don't, Gwen is the only one with the 'spark to use it. Not all descendents of a Bender can use Bending, look as Sokka and Katara, your siblings and yet Sokka can't do Waterbending and Katara can."

"You're right. There are some Air Nomad civilians that must have survived that couldn't airbend. I bet if we find the descendants of those people they can learn Airbending as well!" Aang exclaimed.

"But they'd probably be scattered throughout the other tribes." said Ben. "There has to be a way to find out."

"Zuko, I've seen enough geocides by alien races to know the murderers keep a list of the victims to measure against birth records of the victim species, or in this case race." said Kevin. "That would explain how the Fire Nation knew there was at least one Airbender left." he said. "So there's probably a list of survivers somewhere in the Fire Nation's archive." he said. "They probably didn't think to search for them because they weren't benders and couldn't be the Avatar." he said. "But those people's descendents might be Airbenders so if we can find those records, we could locate the people whose ancestors match, that'd be in the other tribes records." he said. "Think you could have someone dig those records up?"

Zuko thought for a minute. "We have war stats in a building not far from here.I bet we could find it easily." Zuko gave Aang the directions and Appa changed course towards Ember Island.

"So we find these people, how can we tell if they're able to Bend or not." said Ben. "I mean there must be a way considering your tribes know who can be trained or not."

Aang answered, "Well, I can ask them to do a technique that is the first every young airbender learns. Aang demonstrated a small ball of air that swirled around his hand

"You'll need to do this offically so not too seem weird." said Kevin. "Which Zuko can help with considering his the ruler of one of the groups."

"And Hex is still out there somewhere." said Ben. "We've got to take him down too."

Hex was waiting for Ozai to respond.
