Sarge nodded. "She's right kid." he said. "Guilt won't bring him back to life, what's happened happened, nothing can change it." he said. "Best thing to do is move on, if you live in the past or are obcessed by the future, you forget to live in the present." he said. "You might be from a special forces squad or something but this old dog is smarter than he looks."

Josh had to work a late shift at the station, so Kira just decided to walk on home all by herself. But as she got near Harley's house, she couldn't help but overhear Ken talking. ...A new dog? Hmm... Seeming curious, she decided to take a look for herself. So she trotted up the driveway and gave off a little bark of greeting. "Hey Harley!" she said, seeming even more happy than she was earlier before. "I thought I overheard the talk of a newcomer, so I just thought i'd drop by and check it out for myself." By the familiar scent, it was definately a German Shepard, and she just grinned at the thought of seeing another one today.

Sarge watched this closely. "Come on Harley, don't see the negative, think positive." he said. He didn't want her to lose hope or anything.

Troy noticed a very peculiar vehicle pull up the drive way. His looks were all gone. He wasn't feeling horrible anymore, there was no way he could anymore because of him feeling bad all day. He then asked Sarge with some respect "Who is this, that is pulling up? I pick up a small scent of a dog. Can't be older than three years by the scent." Troy then approached the vehicle with some amazing agility and looked inside. He seen a German Shepard laying down in the back seat. Troy then said to the small and young dog very friendly "Hello, my name is Troy. What's your name?" Then Troy then looked at Harley very angrily and said harshly "Where are your manners?" Then he looked back at Tobias and said "Don't mind her."

Troy left to talk to Harley, alone. When he met up with her, he said with a sad look in his eyes "I am sorry for doing that and if you are a mad at me then I understand." Troy then said with quite a blush and losing the sad look in his eyes "Anyways what Tobias said about you being cute, I think he is right. I don't need beautiful girls mad at me. Especially you. And I forgot, my name is Troy and my officer name is Special Unit K9 Troy."

Sarge shook his head. He walked up to Tobias. "Listin, Tobias...there's something you need to understand about Harley." he said. "Her partner was killed yesterday, right in front of her." he said. "She and her partner were like brother and sister." he said. "There's something you need to know, not everyone in this job retires and lives happily ever after." he said, he moved Tobias' head to with his paw to look at the graveyard. "Those dogs all died in action, they're heroes." he said. "So if you think this is gonna be all fun and games, you're saddly mistaken." he said. "That doesn't mean you can't smile or love the job, it just means you need to take it seriously." he said. "Now that the introduction is over.) he said and cleared his throat. "My name is Sarge but you are to call me 'Sir' or 'Boss'." he said, starting to use his 'drill sargent' voice. "I am considered the 'Chief of Police' among the dogs so you will do what I tell you to do and you won't speak to me unless I tell you to speak, I am going to train you harder than you've ever trained before, ether you'll walk out of my training as a police dog or you'll limp out as a broken mutt, am I clear!" he yelled, sounding very much like a drill sargent in a boot camp and getting in Tobias face.

OOC: Sarge is now in 'drill sargant' mode, he's going to be pretty demanding now. :shock:

Lola felt down when she heard Troy talk to Harley that way. She was right behind Troy and was about to talk to him. But she felt their wouldn't be any point to it. Troy liked Harley. She walked off to her dumbster

Lola heard Harley but stopped because she wanted too. "What is it that you want." She said looking back at her. "You might need to know I don't have to take orders from you." She said and kept walking. No MUSS

"Good!" yelled Sarge. "Now you're going to come with me to the training course." he said. "I want no complaining and we're going to run that course until you pass out!" he said, and he meant it. The first day in his training ragment was to work the trainy so hard, the only way they don't quit is if they really want to be police dogs, Hayle had the record for the course, 74 times the first time before she passed out, and he did run them till they passed out. "Now follow me or you'l be spending the night in a skunk den!" he yelled and lead the way.

Sarge lead Tobias to the obstical course. It started with a 5 meter run, then he'd have to run through a long tube, jump a large pool of mudd, run up a teetor totter like thing and down the other side, use a rope to pull himself over a wall, weeve through poles, then tackle and bite dummy until it fell down, then swim through a pool of water, run back to start and do it all over again. "You will run this course until you litterally pass out on the ground." he said. "If you want to quit, there is a skunk den out back where you will be spending the night." he said. "Now get going!" he yelled loud in Tobias ear so loud it started some dogs training elsewhere.
