Fang ignored lise and barged past her "Im not in the mood for this right now" he snapped
Steele looked at Marro "Its true I dont want him to be part of this family anymore than he wants to be part of it,I mean for for goodness sake hes on Baltos side" Steele took a swipe at the floor in anger and the splinter hit marros face,Steele backed off "sorry" he said.

Steele looked at marro "you sure youre all right love?" he asked,fang could wait theblood streaking down Marros face was a more pressing matter.
Fang pounded through the forest,blinded by tears "I bet Balto,or dad never had this"he growled into his own paws."oh they can stay back there with preious Lise and...and...and precious Iron,those two are perfect" he satdown and sighed "I dont belong here"

"Fang, stop your whining. You don't know Dad's past." Lise had followed Fang!!! "Fang, you think my life is soooooo perfect, but, like Dad said, that's the lake calling the river wet, only this time, it's the lake calling the desert wet. You are the lake, I am the desert. I for one am NOT swaddled. You sir seem to be the "player" of Steele and Marro's pups, while I don't have any fun. You get whatever you want, I don't," Lise huffed. "Fang, you and Iron don't care. Don't care about what our parents think. I do. All my life," but she stopped herself. She knew Fang was too young to understand.

"Lise!your just as bad as mum and dad,You know I might want to live my own life without everyone saying stuff about me,anyway mum and dad think you're so perfect go run back to them! and you're right,I dont care what mum and dad think because they're USELESS" he took a deep breath "You know what I don't care about dad,from what ive heard in Nome hes nothing but trouble,a liar and a cheat and a million other things on top of that!" he glared at Lise,silently daring her to contradict him.
Steele wandered away from marro even though the last thing on his mind was finding fang,he suddenly realised,it was exactly four years to the day Balto had ruined his life,Steele sighed whenever he went anywhere near Nome he got filthy looks from dogs who were old enough to remember the serum run. "four years wolfdog" he whispered "four long years"

Lise stepped back, frightened. During his little speech, he had stomped the ground, making the light dirt shift. The weight of the sled, Lise's heavy body, the ground just wouldn't hold her snad shifted, taking Lise with it. "F-Fang? FANG, HELP!!!!!" she cried, holding on as the sand moved her back even more. Lise had nothing to grab onto, so she had nothing to save her. "FAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!" Lise hit the ground, not too far from Nome. She landed with a sickening THUD! and moaned. She got up and trotted along, until she was in the mountians to get home. She knew Fang thought she was dead, the cliff was so high, but she fell the way her mother had taught her, to let her paws and shoul;ders take the shock. She was knocked down the cliff by a slipping dog. "Grrrrrrrrr!" she growled, her sled was at the top of the icy hill. "Oh, one of Steele's pups,' Balto sneered. Lise was mad. Without thinking, she lunged at Balto, who hurt her by throwing her. He reconised the place, this was the cliff where Steele nearly fell tol his death. Balto backed Lise up to the edge of the dropoff, her heart racing. She snapped at his muzzle, he went for her neck to stop her. He bit down too hard, and sent her tumbling down the cliff.
Stupid Balto, he didnt think Marro was watching. She took the mountian trail too, tracking her son. She watched her daughter sail over the cliff. "You!!!" She pictured her father and now Lise, she wanted to snap Balto's neck. She lunged, senting her and Balto to the edge. Balto had her dangeling over the cliff. "Steele!" she cried, her bark reacking the ears of her husband.

Steele heard Marro and raced to where the voice was coming from "marro!" he yelled racing towards her he saw balto and,in a sudden vicios urge, slammed heavily into balto sending him over the cliff."and good riddance" snarled Steele he pulled Marro up, "you ok Mar?" he asked caringly "do you know where fang and Lise are? I cant find them anywhere" he asked
Fang looked in horror over the ledge his sister had gone over "no way"he whispered

Marro looked at Steele in horror. "I-I'm not sure about Fang," she said, her voice beggining to waver, a tight ball forming in the pit of her stomach and throat, "but Balto killed Lise." She looked at Steele and motioned for him to look. "Balto threw her over the cliff. She isn't moving. I-I t-think we, I think we, we lost her, Steele. She whispered. She wanted to cry, but she wouldn;t give those pigs the satisfaction of seeing her cry. "Those Pigs" were Kodi's team, pulling a sled without a musher. "What's going on here?" Kodi asked. "WHO ARE YOU?!?!?!?!" Kodi asked Marro. "None of your buisness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she shriked.
Lise lay still, unmoving. She slightly whimpered, but lost it when she felt too tired to do anything. Poor Lise couldn't hear her parents talking now, but she heard Steele's words and Marro telling him what she saw, but that was it. She looked up before Kodi had came and watched as her father sent Balto sailing over the cliff. She watched Balto fly without hitting any rocks and land on the bottom. She closed her eyes. Soon enough, her "murderer" would die alongside her. CRACK! Lise heard Balto's body hit the ground, and she laughed hoarsley. She wanted to get up, claw him, avenge herself and her father, who had fallen down the cliff so long ago, hitting the rocks perhaps even more violently that she did, although she had hit pretty muck every rock on the side, to give a proud name to the Wolf Clan. her laugh came out weak, but inside she was laughing so hard the little Lise that the big Lise called a concience was laughing so hard she thought her guts would burst. Lise poped open her eyes. Balto lay unmoving on the ground, blood comming out of the cuts and scrapes and wounds and nose her had hit. He looked like he was in soooooooooooooooo much pain. Even gentle Lise couldn't help laughing. Balto looked up, just barley. "Help, somebody!!!! Steele, Marro! Help me! Please!"
Marro's good ears heard this. She picked up a rock and threw it onto Balto's head, knocking him out. Again, it landed with a SPLIK sound. "That's bound to kill you now!!!! This is for killing my daughter!"
Balto stopped moving alltogether. Lise thought he was dead for good. 'I'm not dead, Mom. I'm ok,' she thought. Suddenly, pain surged throughout her body. Everything went black. Lise was positive she was going to die. She looked up and saw a bright ligt shining through the trees of a spring meadow. She knew she was not in Nome, or Alaska! She looked foward. You know how, in the beginning of Beauty and the Beast, how you slowly zoom into a castle in the spring, then you head on into the stained galss, well, that's where Lise was, minus the glass part. The waterfall was a crystal blue, the birds sang happily. All the forest animals were standing on the sides of the path Lise was taking, like she was a queen being pulled by a chariot. She was!!!! Lise's only 8 friends were pulling her on the team sled, she was being pulled through the forest. As she rode by, the animals bowed their heads as the Queen of Poetry cast her shadow over them. "This is sweet!" Anna, the black and white husky exclaimed. "Toatally," Bliss, the red husky agreed. "Awesome!" Scarlet the wolf said from up front. "Like, yeah," Courtney the wolf-dog said in her cheerleader voice. Lise was happy. Her four other friends, Taylor, Camon, Ukon, and Chivet, all remained speechless. Two red birds crowned her with a wreath of leaves and two blue birs gave her a golden bound copy of Robert Frosts hand writted poems. She passed Fang and Iron, who instead of bowing down, howled and barked for their sister. Sitting on the rocky cliff to the team's left and right over her siblings were her parents tho smiled and howled for her too. Lise didn't know what this was about, but she was happy. She thught she was dead, in heaven, but could never be sure.

Fang sobbed into his fur as he lay down under a tree "ill never go back,I wouldnt ever be able to look any of them in the face",all hed seen after Lise had fallen was balto pushing her off of a seond cliff,he walked for a while before walking into Jenna who looked very concerned "have you seen Balto? he should be back by now." she sounded very worried Fang looked up,his blue eyes cold and firey "why should I care about that Murderer" he spat "Balto wouldnt-" fang cut Jenna of by pinning her and witha howl of rage he snarled "this is for my sister,You know what my sister was called,no? well i'll make sure her name is the last thing you ever hear,her name jenna was Lise" he then bit hard into Jennas throat only just ,missing her windpipe causing her to cry out.
Steele looked in disbelief over the edge of the cliffat Lises motionless body and a rage siezed him that had never siezed him before he turned roundand blew heavily across Kodis face taking his anger out on Bltos only relative in that clearing after pinning him he hissed in Kodis ear "this is for my daughter" then he bit into Kodis shoulder shattering the bone.

Marro stepped back, horrorfied. She had never seen her mate act like this, only once when balto killed her father, and that was years ago, when Lise was only a pup. She was so terrorfied, "That's what you get! For being the son of a murderer! For killing my father! For ending my precious daughter's life!!! You son of a-' but she stopped herself, Kodi didn't do anything wrong, but she knew she had to help Steele,; the team was gaining in on him. As much as she would have liked to help her daughter, she stuck with her husband.

Steele was actually starting to terrify Kodi,he had a maddened glint in his eye and seemed like he only wanted to cause Kodi as much pain as possible before killing him "p-p-plesase dont kill me,I-I -I've got family" Kodi grasped as soon as he said it this was the wrong thing to say "WHAT DO YOU THINK LISE WAS?SHE WAS FAMILY TOO BUT DID YOU WORTHLESS FATHER THINK ABOUT THAT!!!" yelled Steele he was glaring at kodi with the deepest loathing.

"Steele! What are you going to do?" marro asked. At that moment, Dusty attacked Marro, pinning her to the ground. Marro snapped around, took a hold of Dusty's neck, and held her over the cliff. "Say your prayers or give me one good reason I shouldn't rip you apart, snaap you spinal cord aor just drop you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Marro roared.

Steele looked at Marro but in the second it took him to do that kodi had toppledhim over,Steele lost his footing and ,well...fell.He let his shoulder take the impact landing perfectly "It'll take more than that to defeat me" he barked up the cliff before running to his daugter,kicking balto in the face along the way "come on Lise,you're gonna be fine"
