Kitta looked down at her paws. "You know, it's been so long, I think I forget!" she chuckled, standing up stiffly. "Come on, we need to find you a warm place before dark...It gets to freezing cold temperatures." she looked back.

"Oh and alway keep an eye out for Bloodtide in any water connected to the sea, he's a Bull Shark." said Ava.
"What's so importent about him being a Bull Shark and us keeping an eye out for him?" asked Titan, not aware that Bull Sharks could go into fresh water.

"Ava's absolutely right!" Kitta said, her fur risng. "You need to be careful when you drink or go into the water. He's able to go from salt water to freash water."
Carmen's eyes widened slowly, and looked down at her paws.

"So no water is safe?" asked Jarret. "Or is there somewhere on the island where water isn't connected to the ocean in anyway?"

Kitta thought for a long time. "There are definitely underground springs you're able to dig for." she replied, pawing at te sand beneath her paws.
Morgan scoffed underneath her breath, her eyes rolling. Like I'M getting my paws dirty!!!

Ava blew out her blow hole, sending sea water all over the snooty dog.
Tracy struggled to hold a laugh in, it was comical to say the least.

Morgan's mouth was opened wide as she was sprayed with sea water. She closed her eyes, and shut her mouth tight. She huffed again, turning around.
Kitta nearly let out her own laughter, and struggled to hold it in.

"Anyway, I'd be glad to try to help." said Jarret. "I'm not going to cut out on work."
Tracy nodded. "I'm fine working." she said. "I'm not going to make everyone else do the work."

"N..Neither am I." Carmen said softly "I'll do my part."
Lucas nodded. "I'll definitely pull my weight. The most important thing right now is survival.""
Kitta nodded, grinning toothily. "I'm glad."

Kitta chuckled. "Well, is there anything anyone needs? Food, water? Or would you all rather rest and recover from your ordeal?" she rolled her shoulders, looking back with a light smile.

"I could use some rest." said Tracy. "I'm still rattled."
"Rest sounds good." said Jarret. "I'm worn out."
"I'm starved where can I get some food?" asked Titan.

Kitta smiled at Jarret and Tracy. "Alright, hang on just a tick." she turned to Michael, and put her nose close to the sand. Finding what she was looking for, she dug slowly, producing a live mouse. Dropping it before the doberman and holding its tail, she gestured down. "Go on. Kill it."

Titan gulped. He didn't want to chicken out. He closed his eyes and bit down on the mouse. He gaged when he felt the warm blood in his mouth and the mouse squirming. He quickly swollowed it and looked sick to his stomach. "I don't feel so good."
Tracy couldn't help giggling.

Kitta chuckled. "You won't the first few times. Trust me, it gets easier." she nodded towards Jarrett and Tracy. "Come on, we'll find place for you all to rest." she began trotting past the others, glancing back.
