Charles nodded in greeting as he welcomed the newcomers into Xerebro. "Welcome to the Xavier Institute, the both of you. ...Now, we shall get started! Do any of you know why you're here? ...And no, it's not just because you're a mutant..." He looked around at all of the new mutants, staring them down and hoping for some sort of answer. It can be right, or it can be wrong. But there is never a wrong answer in here....

"Because humans hate mutants and we're doing good to help that happen?" asked Jarret, flipping his coin, hopping to increase his luck of being right.

"Because we want to help a lot of people?" asked Andrew. "And we can learn how to here?"

Sally thought about it. "Because we need to learn to control our powers so we can use them correctly?" she asked shyly.

"But the main reason that I've summoned all of you here today is to tell you that you are to become a part of a great society. Part of a team that's willing to put their lives on the line for the better good, all the while developing your powers in the process. I've called you all here...to offer you a place...within the X-Men!"

And Kurt's face turned a light blue with speechlessness...

Andrew was shocked but nodded. "I'd gladly join the X-men, that's the best offer I've ever gotten."

Jarret nodded. "I'm in." he said. "I can't wait to start training."

"Do...do you think I'll be able to control my powers soon enough?" asked Sally. "I'd like to join but I don't know if I can master my powers in time."

'Oh come on, powers are not hard to control, you only need half a brain to do it' Liz snapped, snarling slightly at the offer. Sure it appealed to her, but she didn't much like the team, although there was one of the X-men she was dying to meet, and she was sure she had seen him upstairs. 'If I say fine ok I'll join, does that mean I can go now?'

"Now, now," Charles said, calming everyone down. "Every single one of you will go at your own pace while attending school at the same time. Of course, we will call you once the X-Men are needed in the city. You will attend training when needed, and you shall follow the better examples of your mentors. Now, you will be led to your rooms. I suggest you get settled in and get to know each other more. Training and school starts first thing tomorrow. Dismissed!" And with that, he led the way out of Xerebro and continued on his way to his office, for there was more work to be done...

-Drew is only half a mile away and in about ten seconds is at the gates. She lands unsteadily because she is tired and weak from slight hunger. After folding her wings in back of her she enters the gates and sees Storm at the two main doors and walks towards her- Sorry, Storm, I got - (she hesitates)- held up. I'm not late, am I?

OOC: Currently Drew is wearing a dark green T-shirt and faded brown jeans. She is wearing her faded tan moccasins without socks and is walking on her toes. Her wings have become slightly crooked from flight and look slightly out of order. Her hair is on the tangled side and she needs to shower. She is carrying a small backpack on her right arm that is colored brown containing a torn, worm out picture of her mother, some mecellainious clothing articles, a pair of flat, green slippers that have turned slightly brown in places, and a cantene half-full of stale water. Her moccasins and slippers have five holes in each due to her claws. She owns one piece of jewelry, a ring shaped like a round disco ball that has a prism-like rainbow effect when you look directly into it. It's gold.-

Liz ignored the Professor. 'And so what if you an Omega mutant, I don't think there is anything special about them anyway' she snapped, walking up to Sally in a threatening manner. She snarled at Sally, revealing her long fangs, and her eyes slowly changed slitted and to a deep orange, almost red, colour. 'You think that you are powerful enough in a fight?' she asked, staring Sally in the eyes.
