Blitzen grinned, looking at Beauty, he ran across the ice, purposely slipping. He laughed himself, standing up, not realizing the ice was cracking under him as he stretched his limbs to regain feeling in them.

Beauty's left her went down, her way of saying something was wrong. Beauty looked around "Blitzen"She said worrying about him "I think you want to step lightly"her voice sounding a bit scared and worried like she was.

He looked down, took a step, and his paw fell through. He was stuck. "Oh no.."

Beauty gasped but then took the courage to walk to him. She took her steps slowly and lightly reaching him without making much ice crack. Beauty looked at his paw then looked around again, nothing she saw would be able to help them. "Either you could naw your paw off or i make the ice crack and we both run really fast back to land"She said trying to keep positive

"I say we run. I like my paw."

Beauty nodded then walked to a crack in the ice "Get ready!"She said then smashed her paw down the ice cutting her paw just a bit. The crack started to split the ice, and freed Blitzen "Lets go"She yelled stopping for Blitzen waiting for him to run to.

He tore off across the ice.

Beauty followed after him, her paw bleeding leaving blood on the ice. She finally reached the snow filled land and laid in it breathing deeply.

He spun backwards into the snow. "Oh man.."

"I don't like that lake any more"Beauty said stuffing her face in the snow "I love you land!!The icey waters are so mean!"Beauty sneezed, and shook her head. "Why do we fall in there alot!"She asked Blitzen

"Honestly? Because we are STUPID." He says.

"Come on, we both know neither of us are not stupid"She said looking at him concered. She stood up and shook the snow out of her fur and licked her bleeding paw.

Satin walked through the streets of Nome, hoping to find either Blitzen or Shay, mostly he wanted to see Shay 'I`m Steele`s son? and she`s my sibbling?' he kept thinking as he walked. He couldn`t believe it, he was Steele`s son and he didn`t even know "Great, I`m the son of the dog who almost destroyed Nome to satisfy his pride." Said Satin to himself, he didnt care if anyone heard him, dogs in the street looked at him, they gave him dirty looks. "He` the son of Steele?" Said one dog. "He looks like a wolf to me." Said another. Satin walked through the streets of Nome, he tryed to keep a low profile, word spread that he was Steele`s son. Alot of the dogs in Nome wouldnt talk to him, some teased him about it, and some even pushed him around and he often got into fights. Another thing he thought was strange was that some of the humans in Nome thought he was part wolf, indeed he was, but he was unaware of that, others said he looked a bit like Balto but he was black and white instead of brown and tan.

"Well Blitzen i'm going into town Bye!"Beauty walked away into the town. "He's the son of Steele"She heard, 'Steele's son...i want to meet him just to see if he's better then his father!'She thought and then bumped right into Satin. "Oh, I'm sorry"She said looked at him.
